I've either been served rotten cooked food or they put something in it that caused excruciating stomach and intestinal pain. Bad enough I couldn't sleep, causing clamminess and disoriention from 2am ish, Saturday August 24 2024 until now, 4:13pm, August 25 2024...Not ever again will I or my wife return... She's even under the weather of that visit ? I recommend not eating there.

NOT ALLERGY FRIENDLY, Severely allergic to peanuts and after taking one bite I almost instantly swelled up. There are no warning signs about allergies on door dash and I’ve ordered enchiladas from other eateries, never experienced this reaction. 3 stars cause I don’t like giving bad reviews & I’m sure the food is great.. Just want to save a life if I can.

I used to enjoy coming here but not anymore. They changed their menu and pricing. Okay I get it, things are becoming more expensive, but $11 for a kids meal. The kids meal consists of 1 taco and some fries, yikes! The burrito had like no beans, no cheese and a little meat, over priced and not much there. The meat seemed different in flavor & texture and appeared more runny than usual, tasted very bland and more tomato based. I asked the nice server if they changed the recipe and she replied no, but something was different and not in a good way. I don’t understand why places change their product and increase the prices then. Like if you raise the prices, keep the quality and portions the same. Queso is good, but I still won’t be back. Bummer!

The hostess, Esther, was courteous, conversational, and informative. The food, however, was horrible. I had the fish tacos and the sauce tasted like a mixture of mayonnaise and thousand island dressing. The tortillas tasted like they had sugar in them. Overall, there were some weird flavors that I could not figure out and someone over salted. Did they put pickled vegetables in the rice? There were visible carrots and peas which was weird. On the plus side, the was a whole piece of fish in each taco. I will not go here again.

We had dinner there over the weekend (during Lakewood Summer Fest) and had a great experience. From the time we walked in and was greeted by a friendly hostess, we knew it was going to be a good time. We were ushered to our table and received great service. Our party consisted of 2 adults and 2 children. The food was great and the portions were big, I loved the green salsa.. I like the new location and the decor. It had an updated and more stylish vibe compared to their previous location. Overall, I give it a 20/10. Can’t wait to visit this place again.

Dietary restrictions: I think the menu offered a lot of choices for those with dietary restrictions; but on the kids menu, I suggest adding chicken nuggets and apple juice.

Parking: Plenty of parking, easy to access the restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: Although they have a kids menu, my grandson has a dairy allergy, I recommend offering chicken nuggets as a choice.
Other than that, the wait staff were pleasant to both of my grandchildren. It was nice that they had crayons and a fun kids menu.

Hit or miss. Half the time I get stale chips in my nachos. Makes it less enjoyable to eat when the chips are hard to even chew and feels like I wasted my money.

Stopped by today for a lunch meal and was met with rudeness all around. No free chips and salsa, no side of sour cream that I was willing to pay for. The food was bland. Not at all worth $12.66. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I thought the food and salsa here was great. The atmosphere was a bit dated but overall it was still a pretty good experience overall.
