Late orders every time. My order said ready for pickup at 6:25. I walked out at 6:45. The young man working the pickup table gave good service but everyone else just seemed to be going at a leisurely pace as the line grew and grew. I don't know if they are under staffed or just don't care, but I have NEVER received my order ontime from this location. I'm at the point where I'm going to go anywhere else, simply so I can get my food when it says it will be ready.
Also, the pizza we're all over cooked and crunchy with some having partly burnt sides.

The music here is often so loud it's impossible to hold a conversation. Of course, MOD pizza is a favorite. You can't go wrong with any of their items. Fresh, consistent and delicious and still a decent value!

07/31/2025 9:30pm The pizza was great, but the service was very disappointing. The girl with pink hair had a terrible attitude, she was barking orders at her coworkers, didn’t greet customers as they came in, and acted like it was a hassle to do her job. When I went to order a drink, her response was a dismissive “What’s up?” which felt incredibly unprofessional and rude. Customer service is just as important as the food, and this experience really took away from the overall visit. Management needs to address this behavior it's not acceptable. If she is manager, get a new one. Everybody working tonight were extremely nice

When this MOD opened they were spot on. Over time, the quality diminished. Today, Employee Bear made my pizza and cooked it. Usually when i ask for well done, it's still a bit doughy for me but Bear knows exactly how to prepare, cook, and present the pizza. It was perfect down to the cut. A+++ This guy should be the manager as he obviously cares for the pizza and the people buying it. Thank you!!! Perfection!

The service was good and the atmosphere was nice. Stopped in to grab a small pizza for my son and a no name cake. Start eating the cake and there is no filling. The pizza was good but disappointed about the no name cake.

I’ve left several reviews with this Mod pizza but they keep disappearing , which is sus.
I’ve had a good experience most times income here. Sometimes the workers skimp out on putting toppings and on numerous occasions the oven has broke. But the majority of times this place has been pretty good overall.

I placed an order on DoorDash for pick up and waited over an hour inside the Mod for 3 pizzas. The only reason I even got my order is because my husband checked in with the staff after waiting for half an hour. We placed the order at 7:30pm for an 8pm pick up. The staff didn’t even start on our order until 8:30pm and claimed there was a “glitch” in the system. We should have received a refund ..
