This place is often pretty good. We’ve gone a few times where the oven is allegedly down even tho people still walk out with their pizzas 🤨 But overall the staff is friendly and the pizza is usually really good.

We have taken our students to Mod Pizza, I think, three times. Each time has been a good experience. The staff are friendly, helpful, and very patient with our autistic kiddos. I would highly recommend it for a field trip, family, friends out, or casual date experience.

Party of seven. We look forward to eating at Mod Pizza. However, it was not a great experience at this particular one. The girl helping behind the counter was not really friendly. When I asked for more olives, she did her best not to roll her eyes. But the attitude was there. Are not pleasant like the guys were. Made me sad. The other thing is that Mod tends to burn their pizza crust somewhat. My friend asked for it to be cooked lightly, not burned. But if it was burned and he couldn't eat it. It was that bad. So they did make another one that he had to take home, because the rest of us were done by the time he got it. They did not offer to refund his money. Plus, one more thing... no beer served at this location. Pizza without beer! Anyway. The rest seemed happy. But I am the one doing the review. We travel all over the USA and always look for MOD. We still will. But this is my honest review for this store.

I love Mod pizza. This Mod, however, is the only one that will not allow you to build your own. Just go to the South Hill one if you want an actual build your own. The people at the counter while "nice" will refuse no matter how kindly you ask for simple things like more than a small amount of cheese.
They really need to find a way to speed up ordering, etc.
Parking: Might have to park and walk from the Safeway section of the parking lot. Starbucks takes a lot of the closest spots.

Friendly workers, clean building, delicious food and great customer service! I ordered a pizza and a salad and after I paid, I asked for a fork and they realized they were out of forks but Gage went out of his way to go find one for me which I’m super grateful for!! Thanks Gage!

Everytime I come here. It takes 30+ min to get a pizza made. Only 2 people working. All the teas / juice empty. Place a total mess. For the premium price you pay I'd assume you could hire atleast another person
