In 2015 my Dad passed from cancer. After multiple calls and them picking up the machine and water bottles, they continued to bill my now deceased Dad for $8.00.
They required me to EMAIL THEM A COPY OF MY DADS DEATH CERTIFICATE to PROVE MY DAD WAS DEAD. (I still have a copy of the email, I wish I could post it here).
After emailing the scumbags they finally cancelled the account!

Absolutely HORRIFIED at what I just heard about this place! My mom got a call about an outstanding bill in my dads name, my mom informed her that my dad was DEAD. She said it was “embarrassing” that it hadn’t been paid yet. I’m so sorry, my dad PASSED AWAY. She goes on to say that they tried to run his card and it came back as fraud…YEAH BECAUSE HE ISN’T ALIVE. How embarrassing for THEM. Had water service with them for almost two years, they promptly service thier machines if needed and will allways help with any issues I may have! Best water service around! AND BEST TASTING!!!
