Worst company ever I was double charged this month. When I called about it they tried to say it was for September but I have proof that September was already paid. Beware of this company!!! No wonder the company sold to another company with practices like this

It really cannot be hard to set up a recurring delivery order. Just save yourself the hassle and go with a company that can actually deliver what you ordered on the schedule you ordered it to be delivered. Had the service for three months and never got my full order. Emails go unanswered. They make it difficult to cancel- I canceled service two weeks ago and another order showed up today. Customer service is terrible.

Terrible. Machines leaked constantly. Onsite people were careless and spilled water on our antique credenza. Only good part of this company is the customer service line. They are so wonderful but the ones that actually come on site clearly don't care. Service cancelled today.

And yesterday (July 12th, 2024) I spoke with a customer service rep. whose name I think was Lea; she provided me with EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service! I would recommend Mountain Mist to others! ***

While staying with my elderly sister-in-law she received a delivery of several boxes of water. The driver,Payton, was extremely gracious to bring the water in the house for her. I hope you will let him know that we really admire his willingness to help us served with a smile.

Absolutely horrible! Customer service is rude and demeaning. Several months ago I asked them to plz pick up the water bottles that I had not used. I understood clearly that I would not be refunded for unused bottles. They never picked them up so I am stuck with dozens of water bottles stacked up on my back porch. I asked to plz suspend service but they refused saying they could only do this 1x per calendar year for no more than a few months. When I return from working in EurAsia, I will be discontinuing service immediately. Sad. They used to be good.

This is the worst water ever. The mire you drink the dryer your mouth gets. I refuse to drink this water at work. By the end of the day my lips are so chapped and my mouth is so dry. I don't know why my boss pays these people

Great company always on time always delivers what needs to be every time. Quality of water is also exceptional. Never had an issue in the last seven years of using mountain water.

Everyone is always professional and kind. They work with our hotel ensure our account can fluctuate during slow season and peak season. Been using Mountain Mist for 10+ years, never had any issues.

Well?…..Mountain Mist wasn’t what I thought it was, they just scammed me! I bought 5 3gal bottles of water and got delivered 3. I’m so disappointed and when I called I was told there was nothing they were going to do about it, they said I didn’t pay for 6. I checked my acct and my payments are all paid in full. WOW. Everyone, caveat emptor.

I've been with Mountain Mist for a year. Not really please and currently looking for other options for RO water delivery. They missed a few deliveries, once this past week with out any notification until we called. They said that the driver ran out of product and changed out delivery cycle to that next Monday. Missed that Monday with no communication so I went and bought more water only to have our water delivered on Tuesday. Also, lack of flexibility on delivery schedule (once a month, that's a lot of water to store).

Service is starting to decline switch from bi monthly to monthly with the reasoning of you need to order more bottles. Or Have a bigger stock on hand. We currently have 16 on hand how many more would you like us to have.

Not the worst, but certainly not the best. I found it difficult to get in touch with customer service. The plans are confusing and vague in which you have to review thoroughly. Because again, hard to reach customer service. I finally had enough and invested in a good refrigerator with a water filtration unit and canceled service. I’m still waiting on a refund check that should’ve been in the mail weeks ago.
