Bought out by Primo.

Horrible customer service. Refused to pick up empty bottles, kept changing delivery days, and you will spend a minimum of one hour on hold trying to reach someone. Our lobby was a water bottle storage area for nearly 3weeks.

A perfect example of a monster firm buying out all the small companies and monopolizing the industry and failing to provide the service we all expect. NOT so PRIMO

We have Culligan and they were great. They had a dispenser and bottles of water at our office withing 24 hrs.

Primo makes it next to impossible to cancel. I have made multiple attempts to call (wasting literal hours of my time)
I have sent numerous emails practically begging them to suspend service.

Now, not only have they not canceled my subscription, they’re also billing me MORE. The rates have doubled since they were locally owned.

Double the rates for worse water too. Arrowhead? Not only does it taste disgusting, but it’s owned by Nestle. Like seriously? The company with a lawsuit against them over water rights is now the only water available from the only water delivery service in my area? Despicable.

Wow, just spoke to the most condescending, disrespectful, and unprofessional rep on the phone when trying to figure out where my delivery is and to rectify some billing issues. I was charged and my delivery was skipped for no reason. I told rep I was double charged and he nastily told me they didn't charge and changed and tried to say it was for the previous month even though I was looking at proof that a double charge went through. He offered zero help. Cancelled subscription immediately after that interaction as his attitude was unacceptable.

Horrible customer service. Told them the business hours and we cannot leave anything outside our establishment because of property management rules and the homeless that pass through here. Continues to leave bottles outside during closed hours.

I hope the buy out from Primo water was worth it. I have never been so frustrated with a company in my life. Primo water is horrible horrible horrible and should honestly be the winner of the world’s worst customer service. I have been trying to get in touch with people for weeks, went to the physical office location in Puyallup only to be told they haven’t been there in months. I was able to get in touch with one customer service rep to cancel my service & they told me I needed to wait 72 hours for a phone call from the local branch to get an address so I can drop my bottles off, they couldn’t just give it to me! & they never called. My husband & I have sat on hold for hours trying to talk to someone. My delivery for June was skipped for no reason or notice. Do not do business with this company, not worth it. I will never in my life give one penny to a company associated with primo water. They should be penalized for how horrible their business practices are.

Several years of small business great service. Now bought by primo they’ve gone to trash. Me and my family members and our businesses are cancelling due to this terrible change of ownership and lack of service.

I used to used crystal springs/primo water and left them cause their customer service was some of the worst I've ever experienced. I left them to go to Mountain Mist and its been amazing for years, the moment they were bought by Primo it began to go downhill. I'm so disappointed.

Before Mountain Mist changed to Primo Brands, the customer service and response time was wonderful. Now, it is the absolute worst. You can no longer get the local office. You are transferred to customer service in Florida. I called in a service request 2 weeks ago for a non functioning cooler. Was given a date for replacement. That date came and went with no delivery. I called again,and they stated they would escalate the replacement for 3 days later. Again, the date came and went. They brought my regular delivery without the cooler replacement. I called again, was told the same thing. I had to wait another 3 days. By this point I'm pretty upset. When asking to speak to the local office, I was told in order to do that, they would have to cancel the expedited delivery to put in a request for a phone call. SERIOUSLY?! This is very disappointing for someone who has been a customer for over 10 years. DO BETTER MOUNTAIN MIST!

Mountain mist has been great for us for years.
They were recently bought out by Crystal Springs ( Primo Water ) and from day one nothing but problems.
Billing errors, lack of any technology of online access. About 3 weeks after delivery you can view what you got charged for.
I had enough so I decided to cancel. Put empty bottles out with a note not to leave any. (Just wanted my deposit back ) the guy leaves one bottle. Got charged like 12 bucks min delivery fee.
They claim they didn’t receive a payment made on 4/11 using Walmart bill pay which is western union. I have sent them everything about this transaction and they still can’t figure it out.
So as of today they claim I have an outstanding balance of $23 when in fact the owe me $26 for deposit refunds. They are threatening collections. What a joke this company has turned into. Kind sad!
Look for other options of home deliveries!!

Worst company ever I was double charged this month. When I called about it they tried to say it was for September but I have proof that September was already paid. Beware of this company!!! No wonder the company sold to another company with practices like this

It really cannot be hard to set up a recurring delivery order. Just save yourself the hassle and go with a company that can actually deliver what you ordered on the schedule you ordered it to be delivered. Had the service for three months and never got my full order. Emails go unanswered. They make it difficult to cancel- I canceled service two weeks ago and another order showed up today. Customer service is terrible.

Terrible. Machines leaked constantly. Onsite people were careless and spilled water on our antique credenza. Only good part of this company is the customer service line. They are so wonderful but the ones that actually come on site clearly don't care. Service cancelled today.

And yesterday (July 12th, 2024) I spoke with a customer service rep. whose name I think was Lea; she provided me with EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service! I would recommend Mountain Mist to others! ***

While staying with my elderly sister-in-law she received a delivery of several boxes of water. The driver,Payton, was extremely gracious to bring the water in the house for her. I hope you will let him know that we really admire his willingness to help us served with a smile.
