The last time we came in the food wasn't as good as it was 2 years ago. Maybe new cooks?

It has been over a decade since I have been to Mrs Turners. The service was excellent, tables and restaurant very tidy and clean, although if seated in the banquet room one thing has not changed in a decade, the smell that creeps out for the women's bathroom. Pretty sure they have a venting problem that has never been resolved. The prices are a little steep but the service definitely makes up for that. Only complaint I have about my western omelette is the bell peppers were cut a little big, but still tasty.

Our waiter was very nice and accommodating with a very friendly demeanor. The young lady who set us (she had her hair braided in one braid going back and black rim glasses)was crass and not wanting to be helpful. As she sat me she pulled the chair back and there were a ton of crumbs and food debris visibly on my chair. So I asked her if she could please wipe it off as it was a significant amount. She left and after a few minutes returned with a dry napkin and handed it to me. I was taken aback and realized she expected me to do a job that should have been done before I was sat down. I handed her the napkin back and asked her to please wipe the chair as again it should have been already been done beforehand. She cleaned the chair with the dry napkin, with an obvious attitude and when she was done she stated “see it’s that easy”. From there we were greeted with an extremely friendly waitress and I shelved the nonsense. All in all it’s a nice down home restaurant with a family atmosphere, good food and friendly staff. Sorry no pictures was starving and just dug in ??

What a gem of a place. My husband and I are so glad we found this awesome spot. It feels so homey and comfortable. It’s definitely a spot for regulars. The staff are the friendliest. That’s hard to find nowadays. The food is classic American breakfast done right. It’s made the classic way and not a fancy version of something. They aren’t open past 1pm because of short staffing so, I hope they find someone great so they can stay open longer. We had an amazing experience here and we plan to make it our “go-to” for breakfast since it’s only up the road from us. Check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

There can be very long waits because space is extremely limited. Also, to be noted, 2 places to sit down otherwise stand inside or outside. It really is worth the wait, though. Home style cooking is the best, and although chefs change at times, just keep coming back.**Due to inflation cost went up and quantity went down. That is no excuse for quality. I feel this place at least tries to adhere for quality food and service. It isn't cheap for what you get; what is?Wheelchair accessibility: Very nice to have back door access and plenty of parking.

Small town diner. Food was ok, not bad not great. I had the chicken fried steak sandwich. The portion size was a little small and the breading was soggy. I think because the toppings where not served on the side. The tater tots were really good.
