Food is ok not the best but not the worst. It’s not savory at all. The chicken didn’t have any flavor I ordered the chicken teriyaki, the veggies seemed Stale. The workers are amazing. The food didn’t settle very well. Prices are reasonable.

Do not order the bento box when it is busy. I saw half the mall order, receive, and finish their food because of the poor workflow. I waited 36 minutes from the recorded time on the receipt to when I got my food.
The food is great and I would recommend the place, just don't order the bento when it is busy.

I asked a tempura shrimp udon and they gave me shrimp roll and didn't apologize for the mistake and neither offer to fix the order

Me and my boyfriend since we started dating back in 23 have always come here it’s our goto place! the people even remember our order now because we come here so often. We love the chicken teriyaki we come here at least once a week but this is our favorite place no where else compares and the food is the same delicious meal every time no inconsistency!

Bought three meals at oki Japan at the Puyallup mall definitely not impressed chicken is over cooked no vegetables in the fried rice me and my son both found hair in our food most places give a complementary teriyaki sauce the little old lady told the cashier next time charge them definitely not impressed at all

Folks behind the counter are great, but this didn’t settle well at all. The Spicy Tuna Roll from the picture was not what came out - sushi isn’t meant to be doused in sauce, yet massive globs of mayo were squirt on each piece of the roll and we tried scraping off the best we could. The regular chicken teriyaki was just unsettling - undercooked pieces of chicken, slimy, vegetables were overcooked and mushy, rice had been overcooked as well.
Kind people who work here. Great price for what you get. One Chicken Teriyaki bowl can fill you up for the whole day. Highly recommend. My favorite food place in the entire food court at the mall.

Objectively and straightforwardly speaking, Oki Japans Chicken Gyoza's and Vegetable rolls have successfully satisfied my taste buds & taste preferences. The filling and the spices in the Gyoza's were perfectly cooked (not under &/or overcooked), the Gyoza's wrap was also perfectly cooked. Going back to the fillings and spices in the Gyoza's, were well balanced, unified, well combined. All the good things I have pointed out about the Chicken Gyoza's are similiarly true for the Vegetable Rolls (also known as egg rolls). These appetizers are worth your investment, after devouring them you are left with minimum to zero disappointment. They taste good with the soy sauce Oki Japan provides as well.
