Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Update went here for my bday. Got horribly sick! Twice in one week! I thought maybe the first time was what I ordered but I got soup both times and got sick! They sent me home with cake and look at what was at the bottom?! I couldn't even eat the rest because I had no clue what was on the bottom of my cake. Do not go here!

Went for my birthday. Service was great. The steak was cooked perfectly as I ordered. I received a birthday dessert of my choice.

She mentioned she’s been with Olive Garden for 25+ years which is absolutely amazing! I love her and will definitely be back because of her kindness & hospitable manner.

I understand that it's Christmas Eve.. they are very busy, but that's not my problem. I waited outside for curbside pickup for A WHOLE HOUR! I had to go inside to get my food order, which I placed the order the night before.. Ridiculous.

My husband, my two kids and I went to Olive Garden tonight, December 22nd And had one of the worst customer experiences of our lives. If I could rate just our server, she would get a five star review.( Janee is her name)This review is targeted at the manager who wouldn’t even show their face by the way. My husband ordered gluten-free pasta, by choice not due to allergy and mushroom sauce. 45 minutes into waiting for our food our server comes out and says are you sure you want the mushroom sauce? It has gluten in it and my husband confirms that yes, he wants the mushroom sauce. Our food takes over an hour to get to our table and she brings him out pasta with marinara sauce and says, and I quote “the manager made an executive decision, And changed your sauce to marinara.” My husband refused to eat the pasta with marinara And we were appalled that the manager thought they could somehow control the diet choices for their guest. Doctors can’t even do that. Our server was very apologetic and said that her manager would come and speak with my husband. About 15 minutes later, the server came back with to go containers and an apology saying that the meal was covered. And they would send us home with a container of the pasta that my husband originally ordered. The absolute audacity of this Manager to make this “executive decision” Then not even show their face is completely cowardice and unprofessional. We left the restaurant angry and we will never go back there again. That is not how a manager treats their customers and that is not how a manager treats their staff. I encourage the general manager to discipline whoever was on shift tonight, our poor server didn’t deserve that. It was busy, I get it. The wait time wouldn’t have warranted the bad review, only the manager inspired me to write this.

Hello, my waiter was amazing. Sadly my food wasnt that warm and they were out of many items. Not to mention how freezing it was in the restaurant. I had my hood on the entire time. We asked if they could make it warmer and we're denied. Im very upset as I had been up since 3am and haven't eaten since 6am.

My waiter, Neil, was by far the best waiter I’ve ever seen in my life. His energy was up, he was so sweet and just overall a really nice guy. My girls and I really appreciated him as a person. Seriously he needs some kind of recognition or raise.

Our server Wyatt was AMAZING! Very on top of it.

All waiters and waitresses are very patient, kind, and polite. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the food was amazing. I've been eating at this restaurant for years and they've never got my order wrong, such a great place to eat some authentic Italian food! 100% recommend to all who want to have a classic authentic Italian food. Definitely will be coming back!

I always love going to this location. All the staff are always great. One particular server named Stephanii was amazing. On time to the table asked what we needed before we even knew what we needed. She was amazing thank you
