Good beef stick. But $8 for 2 is a bit steep. The ginger and carrot side they give you that comes with the beef stick is not good. Very salty. Papaya salad was good but ordered 1 star spice level and got at least a 3 star. Will come again to try other dishes.

I have been trying to go to this roadside food truck for months, and it was worth the wait. I ordered the chicken noodle salad bowl, fresh rolls and a Thai iced tea. There was a bit of a wait for food, maybe about 10 to 15 minutes, but there were two orders ahead of me and judging my the size of the truck there must be only two people in there taking orders and cooking. So considering that, it wasn't that long to wait. The lady at the register hands you one of those plastic things that lights up and vibrates when your order is ready so you can comfortably wait in your car listening to the radio.The food was excellent ? the noodle salad bowl was comparable to some of my favorite Vietnamese places in Lincoln district Tacoma. It even came with it's own peanut sauce separate from the peanut sauce for the fresh rolls, which u appreciated cause I do love condiments. I would definitely go here again if I'm in the area while they're open.

This place has a super small menu and they are only open (right now) a few days a week, but it is worth the trip. If you are in the South Hill area and want a generous portion of perfectly made Thai food, this is your new spot. We've had the vermicelli salad (beef or chicken), egg rolls, spring rolls, and combo poke bowl. It was all very fresh and well prepared! It looks like it may be a family run food trailer that seems a bit odd at first, but you won't be disappointed if you stop. (Service can be slow because everything is made fresh, so plan ahead.).

We pass this little truck regularly and decided to stop and finally had time to stop by and try it We got the watermelon boba and combo poke bowl. Delicious and filling. Great customer service as well. We will be back to try more items.
