I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but I feel like I need to Leave this one my family went in there tonight on August 28, 2025 and I ordered a Sharky temple for me my mom and my younger brother who is 18. The waitress A****s did not ID us and brought us the alcoholic version called the Aussie Jawssie and when she came back to check on us, my younger brother had drank half of his drink when my mom asked what was in it Because she could taste the alcohol the waitress responded by saying that there was alcohol in it then offered no apology just that my 18-year-old brother looked older and then replaced our drinks. No apology no empathy no expressing that she made a mistake. Then brought us the bill with the alcoholic drinks on it. My mom expressed that she wasn’t paying for the drinks because my 18 year old brother was getting more intoxicated by the minute and she took off the drinks still offered no apology and had an attitude when we got the fixed check again.

We just went here for our 23 wedding anniversary. My husband ordered his steak medium rare and it was so rare it was cold. Our waitress forgot things we asked for like 3 times. It definitely left something to be desired.

Has to be a mixed review for our vist. We came to celebrate our anniversary on Saturday Aug 16th around 4 pm. As we were waiting my husband made a comment about outback seafood being better than red lobster. We have came to this location over the last several years. My husband got a clam chowder as one of his side and I got a house salad as we were eating the hostess Aj was training two young men and decided it would be ok to clean the windows on the door. We were immediately assaulted with glass cleaner fumes and my husband has it back to the entrance and could feel it on his neck and face. Ruing his chowder and ultimately our meals . The were cleaning the side that is in the dining room. We made a comment to one of the kids training with the misguided Aj . When our waitress Crystal return who had been doing an excellent job we let her know as well. When she approach Aj with the complaint her response was nothing we can do it's part of our rotation- ( if this is the case that bad restaurant pratice ) . After hearing Aj response with crystal no apologies no im sorry just oh well. We ask to speak to a manager who did apologies and said he would look at our bill. Which with the comp our bill still came to $150 dollars for 2 of us . This is not the outback we are use to and I know it will be along time before we come back. The table next to use was making the same comments but just left. I need to be contacted about this experience.

The food was warm at best. Ask for a little or no spice on the food and that didn't happen. Normally I like outback but this was not a good experience.

We absolutely love Outback. Been visiting many locations since the 90's. Never have a problem! Always spectacular food and service. The salads are always fresh and everything is seasoned perfectly. The bloomin' onion is the best in the business! My ONLY disappointment was July of 2025 my husband ordered the buttermilk breast chicken sandwich which looks like a big ol hunk of moist breast but it was actually 3 chicken tenders on a bun. Definitely going back!

Great place. We had a mix up with our reservation. They noticed it when we came in. They owned and was able to pull a rabbit out of a hat for us. The staff is helpful and able to think out of the box. Now the food was to excellent. Cook to perfection. We had 10 people in our party. They nailed. We will be back.

If I could leave no stars I would. Been to this one multiple times with no issue this time we went in and sat down at the bar I am 24 with a verticle ID that doesn’t expire until I turn 25 this was the first time I was denied to sit in the bar and or order drinks there with my same ID. Server walked over asked for ID and said they couldn’t take it when I told her I’ve sat in the bar here before with the same ID and ordered drinks with the same ID she told me and I quote “we don’t take those here, you’ll have to be excused to the main floor for seating” then left and didn’t say anything else. We got up walked up to the servers and told them what happend and they said ooh yeah we don’t no apology nothing sat us with no issue on the main floor and told my boyfriend I didn’t want to eat there no more and we got up and left. The fact that this was the first time to ever have shitty service at this outback is outrageous and now this outback is boycotted and we will not be eating here no more

Took my girl there for national girlfriend day or whatever and we’ve never had problems before but we asked for medium and medium rare and got two raw steaks. That wasn’t the issue, the issue was me asking to have it sent back and cooked correctly and being told by our waitress “that IS medium rare” as if it’s a time or place for a debate. Really wish I would of taken a picture to show you guys cause I’m looking at a blue raw steak on my plate and being told “that is medium rare, but I’ll take it back” idk made me feel rude and made me feel like an inconvenience I just asked to close and still tipped for the drinks cause those were fine. It was honestly the waitress trying to tell me my raw steak WAS medium rare. If I had a menu I could have shown her what medium rare looks like cause they include photos of what the steak should look like. Working there and having a reference sheet and still have the audacity to say I’m wrong just sent me over I needed to leave.
