Everything was good, the steak was rare when it was asked for Medium. A personal thing of mine is that I never send steaks back. Although would have felt safe doing so at this Outback. I didn’t say anything to management because I did t have time. Not their fault.

Great food at a good price. And you get the hot, dark bread. We had a wonderful waitress who was full of energy and fun to talk with. Staff was nice and attentive even though it was a busy night.The steaks were made perfectly, and everything was very clean. We appreciate how quickly they bring out the bread and butter and drink refills.Tonight was the first time I had lobster that was the perfect temperature, and the melted butter was delicious.Kid-friendliness: This is always a great place for us to come with our kids! I was actually super surprised by the size of the steak in the little kids' meal. Very generous!My teenager is super picky, so it is great to have chicken strips and french fries that are pretty good.

The wait staff was great, and took care of all of our needs fast and efficiently.I had the sirloin with coconut shrimp. The stake was done just how I asked for it to be. But it was pretty tough. Otherwise, everything was fine.Don't know when I will be back.I guess I expected more quality for the prices.

Took my Daughter and Granddaughters out to eat. We all enjoyed ourselves with great food and talk. Had to leave with a round of carrot cake for all to go.
It was busy of course because there's great food and it takes a little while to get seated and a little while longer to have your food delivered. Although worth every minute! I love the bloomin onion and their steaks are the best!

By far the worst service I have ever had at any outback. It took no time to be seated because we were there by 2pm. Our server was busy with a large group so someone else stepped in to take our drink and appetizer orders. That is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. Our server continously ignored our table. Again, the place was not busy. We had 3 steaks at our table when we asked for steak sauce she brought 2 small condiment dishes of A1 again we had 3 steaks. Asked for more... and it was another wait. We just shared. The food quality was poor, kids meals mac n cheese was freezing, aussie fries were cold, cheese not fully melted baked potato tasted day old it was cold and dry. Although I don't expect much from their sirloin cuts, these weren't even edible. We paid for our food and left quietly, the fact that our server saw 3 kids meals untouched (except for the fries) and 2 adult meals being packed up and didn't ask us about the quality just goes to show you that she didn't care to serve us. We definitely won't be back.

Very disappointed this evening with our dinner. We made an appt and still had to sit and wait for our table because they over sat people. We were told “Sorry thats our fault” normally I would assume maybe a free app or something for the rude inconvenience but nothing of the sort happened. We were seated and waited at least 15-20 mins before anyone even said anything to us as far as welcome or a drink order. We decided to order because we didn’t know when we’d have another opportunity to do so because of how busy/possibly short staffed it was. We were told the “oven was broke” so we couldn’t order baked potato’s (however when the crowd died down a little the family next to us was told “the oven is back up now “ We waited an hour+ for food then my daughters steak was very rough and hard and my husbands was basically mooing raw. I want to make it clear this was not our servers fault she was busting her butt to help everyone she could and we didn’t want to make her life hell by complaining for everything and our kids needed to eat and get to bed. Will not be coming back any time soon. Very disappointed this place used to be my favorite

Went for dinner on March 1, 2024. Arrived at 5:30 and sat at the bar. It took about 5 minutes for either bartender (red hair) to acknowledge us. She took our drink order then our food order. about 30 minutes later, we finally received our salads (another couple who arrived about 15 mins after we arrived, received and finished their salads) I finished my beer, and she came over about 3 times and never asked us if we wanted a refill. Finally, around 6:20 pm we received our food. The bartender/waitress never asked if I wanted steak sauce, or never came back to see how our food was tasting. I had ordered a steak cooked medium and it was rare. I didn't eat half of it, and she never acknowledged that half my steak was there. there was a small dollop of sour cream on my potato, but I was afraid to ask for more sour cream because it might take 20-30 minutes to get it. My husbands "Chicken on the Barbie" was burnt and dry. We asked for the check, and it took her 10 minutes to bring it to us! It was a busy Friday, but they needed another person behind the bar. We never saw a manager out and around helping their staff, but 90 minutes was unacceptable for a dining experience for two people. We will not be visiting this restaurant again.

I've gone to many outback steakhouses. I went to one in Georgia regularly, the staff knew me and my order by heart. I've gone to them in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Alabama. Same great food, great service, great atmosphere!That all changed at this location. The waitress we had didn't seem to like that we asked for water to start, and walked off to talk to a friend. That's how the service started, and got worse from there. The blooming onion tasted "off". Ordered a steak and it was tough and chewy - think steak bubble gum. It was re-made, and the second steak was the same as the first. The manager came out and explained that's how their cuts are. I find that absurd, as it's the same cut I've ordered numerous times in several different states!The manager did comp the steak meal, which was and is appreciated.I find the level of service unacceptable, and the quality of steaks unacceptable. I won't be back to another outback steakhouse in Washington.Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids menu, with good options.
