Always a million people working but somehow line moves at a snail's pace.
Waited 15 minutes for them to serve one person in front of me. Somehow they put one person on the main line, but I counted 8 workers.
Ordered à la cartes small orange chicken for which I saw them put in 3 pieces for 6 dollars. Are you kidding me?
So infuriating.

I absolutely love this cuisine! The sweet fire chicken is amazing! I love that the food is always fresh. The service is always fast and you can get in and out in a breeze. Great place to stop in for a quick lunch or if you want to sit down with the family. And you cannot beat the prices for the portions that you get!

Upon entering it was very busy, that wasn't so much the problem, the problem was the service when I was ordering my food I watch the server Marie scoop food from the bin, lands on the table along with other food items and nasty miscellaneous items and swipe it back into the bin!! Just nasty!
She sees me see her do that, then had the nerve to rush me on what I want to order.. when I trying to look at her name tag she began to cover it. It was just gross, then she takes her headset off over the food and passes it to someone else. All I thought was I guarantee hair fell into the trays where they are serving folks..
I never seen such an incompetent worker like zero common sense was working. She just needs to do better overall with customer service and be aware of her surroundings when doing stuff over food. Thanks Marie for ruining my panda express experience!

I found a piece of plastic in my food and they shot me an offer to replace just a one item when I ordered $35 worth of food from them I am just at flabbergasted and outraged there was plastic in the food I bit on a piece of plastic from their restaurant and all they wanted to do was replace the food the one item that the food was that the plastic was in which it was in a few things it was in a few of the entrées the Beijing beef there was a big chunk of plastic in the Beijing beef and that’s where and then there was another piece of plastic in the chow mein and then a smaller piece in like the mushroom chicken I don’t know what was going on but yeah I’m just outraged I couldn’t imagine what else was in the food

Not bad for a fast food chain restaurant. We enjoyed our meal especially the honey walnut shrimp, and the staff was great!

Today is my first time to try their food its really really good 5 star. I had chicken teriyaki and beans with meat in it. Highly recommended the Puyallup Panda Express.

Cold food and terrible service! I spent $120+ here on a take out order for 5pm, will they made it at 4pm and let it sit out. Got it home and it was ice cold. I called and they ignored me. Then I contacted corporate and they ignored me. Don’t waste your money here.
