The person making my soup added what looks like the whole rest of the box of croutons all smashed up into a powdery mess. It was somehow gritty and mushy at the same time. Gross.

This location is pitiful! It seems that every time I go here now, the service is slow and I’m always missing something. The crew needs to pay attention to detail. I ordered a Greek salad with chicken today w/ xtra feta & olives. I didn’t get either one. Never again! Every time I give them the benefit of the doubt, they screw up my order. Too much talking and walking away when someone’s order is done and ready. Done with this location!

I placed an order through GrubHub earlier in the day and was expecting a delivery. Instead, they just cancelled the order and didn't even both to call me with another choice. I won't bother ordering with them again!
Why do only the cold sandwiches have descriptions of what's on it? And I think $15 is a little high for a half sandwich and drink.

This location is extremely slow. The parking lot can be empty and it still take 15-16 minutes to order, pay & receive your order.
They do not know how to multitasking with orders amd miney. Its as if the person taking your order is also putting together the food, then taking your money, and going back to bag up the food. Makes me wish I chose another nearby location to eat.

AVOID THIS LOCATION especially if you have allergies! I bought the Italian market salad. They clearly don't mark their dressings and I got a sesame dressing. I luckily don't have food allergies, but a mistake like this can be fatal for someone or end up in the hospital.
I visited the store today during lunch to pick up my order, and it was incredibly busy. I just want to sincerely thank all the staff for working so hard to keep up with the rush. I truly appreciate every one of you for pushing through the long line of orders and still treating customers with patience, even while facing frustration from the wait. Your effort doesn’t go unnoticed—thank you! 💛

The staff is nice. I've never had an encounter with anybody being rude. However, there should be better clarification on hours of operation. It states online that this location is open until 10pm. I showed up minutes to 9pm, to be told time online is not correct.Would like for them to update their hours as that is confusing.

Reading recent reviews I’m not sure why management is allowing this poor service to continue. Went to the south hill mall Panera bread this morning, out of yogurt cups, ordered the new breakfast sandwiches and received them without the ham, no sauce. Returned them for new sandwiches and after very slow service and reminding them about the sauce we received the sandwiches with no sauce. Just seems like the employees are not trained well and don’t seem to care much at all. Will not be back.

I ordered the Chicken Bacon Avo. I got the Bacon Turkey Bravo. I decided not to complain about it because I wanted to try the Bravo sometime anyway. The sandwich wasn’t bad tasting, but it was so cold and the bread was so hard I don’t even know how they serve this in-house. The mac and cheese was fine, just very wet. The cashier also didn’t ask me which side I wanted, so they just tossed a hard baguette on my plate. The cashier was also very weird and rude. When the lady in front of me finished ordering she gave her a nasty look and held it as the lady walked away. Such strange behavior in a service role. The tables were disgusting to sit at inside. The food is way too expensive for what you’re getting and (at this location at least) the bad service you’re getting. Won’t be coming back.

For the price I paid and the portion I got is Absurd. This is crazy. It’s truly disappointing. Will not be going anymore to Panera. I will find somewhere else that has a reasonable price and greater portions.

We were punched for time and panera has always been quick. (My first time at this location) went to the counter and waited to be helped for about 15 minutes ( I ended up ordering from a kiosk) we had intended to eat there but after waiting for an additional 20 minutes for our food, it was no longer an option. When I told them that I would need my order to go, staff member sighed and rolled her eyes. Needless to say that it'll be our last visit

Waited for my delivery order for over 20 minutes after arriving. Braden was gossiping about the closing crew and once my food was completed they informed me that the drink I ordered would take another 10 minutes.
