They do deliver but what they don’t tell you is that they actually don’t deliver it’s through door dash door dash delivered to my apartment but did not knock on the door say the order down on the floor and took off messed up also I had a cash tip for the driver not a good look at all and more then likely I won’t be ordering from here again because of this

We frequent this location and the staff is always kind, helpful and always prompt service! Our order is always hot and fresh and of the countless times we’ve come here now the only issue we’ve ever had was a single time of 1 missing dip cup(which was already the freebies they give you-so not even like we paid for it, we were just too lazy to check before making it home & im sure if we went back or called they would have helped) You guys are the best thank you for our dinner!!!!(:

Found A BOOGER on my pizza after I got a replacement order for a previous mess up. Did not eat it was disgusted and will probably never eat pizza again. Shame on your nasty employees and mentality. Submitted a police report and had it tested as well. It was clearly a booger, there was a hair in it too.

Ok, I haven’t ordered pizza in a very long time (mostly because pricing is ridiculous) and today was no exception. Went with Papa John’s because they are USUALLY pretty good quality. But to offer a deal of 2 menu items for $6.99 each and then for that to somehow come to $34 (not including tip) is asinine. And on top of that, 1.5, almost 2 hours for delivery?!? In the middle of the day?! Not sure if that is on them or on DoorDash but there is no reason it should take that long! Then when the food FINALLY gets here, it is lukewarm at best, much closer to cold. I literally had to reheat it in the microwave, which I hate doing because IMO, it doesn’t taste good that way. The breadsticks were burned and had absolutely NO seasoning on them at all, they were SO bad, that my DOG wouldn’t even eat them! And he eats anything and everything! I ordered original crust, which is normally nice and plush, soft and doughy, and what came was much closer to thin crust (which I loathe) SO incredibly frustrated and disappointed!! It’s been a long, crazy, stressful week and all I wanted was to not have to cook and to treat myself a little. What a complete and total waste of money and time!! Will NOT be ordering from them ever again!

Ordered some pizza to try their garlic trio sauces. When the pizza got here, I had three regular garlic sauces not that big deal. I called to see what could be done. The manager did go out of their way to send just sauces to my house, but he was extremely rude to me on the phone while explaining that they always stick your ranch inside of the hot pizza box so it can get nice and warm and sweat instead of a plastic bag which they have plenty of and they stick your sodas in. Thanks for the sauces, but you were very rude.

I ordered a pizza to be delivered, and the delivery guy text me saying it was taking too long. When I got there to pick up my pizza instead, came to find out that he had taken my order anyway. So they were remaking it and I had to wait. When I got home I found the delivery guy head dropped up the pizza in front. And of course it was cold. I did call the pizza place and reported it all

I've always loved Papa John's. This location is not close to home so I rarely ordered from here. Once in 2023, I ordered a large 3 topping pizza with pepperoni, sausage and pineapple. The toppings were generous, however, it was evident that they were not evenly distributed. It appeared slightly sloppy. I haven't ordered since. I'll give them a try again in the future.

We requested our pizza well done. It was perfect! We had several other items, and they were all well prepared and tasty. Only 2 employees (that I could see) were working. But they were getting everything out very timely and accurate! Well done!!
A 2 hour and 10 minute wait for my pizza to be delivered! It finally arrived cold and terribly prepared. I wish there was a heads up warning about the serious delay before I placed my order. I did try to call the customer service line to have the order canceled after an hour and a half wait, but they kept picking up the phone and hanging it up! I understand short staffing, and busy evenings however, the customer deserves advanced warning before spending their hard earned money. Done with Papa Johns.

I’ve been ordering carry out every Thursday from this store for a few years now. The pizza always comes out exactly as expected and the staff has gotten to know my order so when I walk in they just hand it to me without me having to say anything. Always very friendly and pizza delicious. 5 stars

They work slow like a turtle and do not care about the customer. They personally yelled at me and told me to get out even though I did nothing. Very rude employees and an indifferent manager. They do not even deserve 1 star.
