First time trying Papa John's. My pizzas were underdone. The dough and vegetables were raw. Not much flavor. There was liquid leaking out and soaking into the box. I added some basil and parmesan cheese and baked each pizza for ten minutes. Still not that great. I will not order again.

This store and manager is AMAZING💯. I ordered online when I called the nearest one to my house to try and add a pizza they seem to not have my order and would not be helpful I called a second one they did not seem to have my order and would not be helpful when I called this store being the third store and further away from my home the manager was so nice to take my order and still have it delivered I just the stores amazing if you have a choice to order from a store order from this one.

It's Papa John's pizza. It's about as good as PJP is going to be. That said, my review is for the customer service side of things and Dylan as a manager. We ran into an issue where a contracted driver (through DoorDash) dropped our order off without notifying us, and it sat at our door for awhile. This is obviously a DoorDash issue and not an issue with this store. Dylan was punctual and professional about resolving our issue. I left our interaction feeling like a valued customer, and I will continue to order from here for sure.
Also the bacon pizza is actually pretty good.

This is our usual go to for the great pizza. This time we ordered a side of boneless wings. All I can say is no no no! Don’t do it! They’re chicken nuggets (maybe from Costco?) with a few shakes of what appeared to be bottle topping sauce and microwaved or something. Just wrong. Very disappointed.

The service at East Meridian in Puyallup is cop not done when they say it’s gonna be done. They try to get the best prices for the consumer.
