I tried the calzone from Papa Murphys! They are really good and worth the price. I got a Pepperoni and added Sausage. I am not a fan of the sprinkle parm so substituted it for mozzarella on top! It was busy when I went since it was Tuesday and they run a special on that day. The Store was very clean and All the Girls working are super friendly. Didn't have to wait to long was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Well worth a try!

I'll preface this by saying I have never had any bad experiences at this location besides recently on Halloween. Which is why I give 2 starts. But the last visit left a very bad taste in my mouth. Halloween, ordered for pick up. 3 pizzas. Knew it'd probably be a wait everyone trying to get an easy dinner. Arrived a little bit after they said it would be ready to a line out the door. Yikes. Ok. They're super busy. My husband goes in to check on the order and some other lady yells at him that he needs to wait in line. She tells him he's picking up an online already paid for order. Asks the worker if it's ready. Worker proceeds to tell him he can't find it and has no idea... what? He comes back visibly upset. States one lady told him she was still waiting on her order she put in from THREE HOURS AGO. He said it was complete chaos and no one looked like they were in charge and it was completely disorganized. Great! So I think I'll come back later and get it. So I call to get an ETA on my food. Guy tells me "uhh I don't know. An hour or more?" I think that's outrageous and ask for just a refund. He says okay and I ask for a receipt. He says they don't do that. What kind of place isn't able to send receipts of reimbursement?? Whatever. I'm over it. So I leave feedback online for them. Magically the next day I received an email stating about my refund. I might give them another chance but I was extremely disappointed. They have to know Halloween is one of their busiest days of the year, why not overstaff?? Where is the manager and why aren't they... managing the situation?? Horribly ran on this day. Poor workers were probably stressed to the max.

The manager is just the rudest man I have ever encountered. I've been coming here to this location since it opened, I have witnessed his horrible treatment of his employees who are young adults/teens and just a disgusted. He acts like a gossipy queen for a man his age. Treats customers the exact same way.

We have ordered pizza from here multiple times and usually have a positive experience. Last time we ordered an online order, they gave us the wrong pizza, only bacon and cheese, when we ordered a half cowboy half Hawaiian. I called the store and they did not offer to make us a replacement pizza or refund. I called several times and I keep being told a manager will call me. It has been over a week and nobody has called me back.

The pizza here is average papa murphy pizza, nothing special, and certainly not worth the automatic tip that was appended to my online order. If I were having it delivered I would expect to tip. If they were a sit down restaurant that cooked and served, sure. But to automatically charge 2.50 per pizza as a gratuity for something that we have to pick up and cook ourselves? Hard nope. I will not order online again, and because it is now inconvenient to order, not likely to ever bother again. The pizza isn't THAT spectacular. If I have to pay a premium I will get premium pizza instead

When we arrived to pick up our order, we were given an extra pizza, I asked my daughter to return the extra pizza as I did not order it or pay for it; since I was driving I didn't check the order, we got home and cooked the pizza when I was cutting it I realised it didn't have the red sauce, they added garlic sauce instead, I then called the store and told them what happened and I was asked to bring back the cooked pizza so I could get a replacement, the pizza was burning hot as I had just pulled it out of the oven, and I had to bring it back, the supervisor on duty KELLY H. said she couldn't give me a compensation, until I demanded to speak to a manager she then went to the back and apparently call the manager then came out and said they could give me a free side!! Clearly if I wanted free food I would have kept the free pizza they gave me first however given the fact that I wasted Gas, money, and my time I think it was fair to get a compensation.. after some back forth I got a stupid note that says I will get 50% off on my next purchase. Tonight my dinner got ruined and my time wasted!!!! I suggest yo check your order before leaving premises.
One of the few places that I know I'll get great customer service along with great food. Keep up the good work! The people who work there are awesome ??

I would’ve shared the picture I took but I threw it away. I was extremely disappointed in my purchase of a pizza when it came out not the dough I asked for on a speciality pizza where the dough is supposed to be then but some how they manage to mess that up for 23$ and I followed directions and the pizza was still doughy and I tried cooking it longer and still doughy and burnt thanks and they expect you to tip too now so I tipped being nice and still couldn’t get it right best waste of 26$ dollars I’ve spent to end this year hopefully I make that hours worth of work back and some change. I recommend nobody go to any papa’s Murphy over charged and taste worst than little Caesar’s just buy ingredients and make your own pizza at home use google for a recipe.

We come to this papa Murphys about once in a blue moon. So when we do order something it's a fairly big order for my family. We had an order tonight with a total of 75.08 and I brought in a 100 bill. Thinking that it would be enough for the bill and I was turned down and told that if I wanted to use the bill and pay it would have to be 95.00 worth for the tab and when I said that was all I wanted they said I had to get change elsewhere. I hadn't seen any sign saying "We do not accept large bills". Now I know if my bill was around the 50 or 60 range than that would be a problem but for 75, that is outrageous. I'm highly disappointed in the treatment of service.

i ordered online for one of their family size pumpkin shaped pizzas for halloween. i brought it home and realized there was no instructions. then after it cooked i had a huge bubble, at least 8 inches in diameter. my kids refused to eat it, and they had begged for a pumpkin pizza. later that night i looked at my billing and saw that they charged me twice.... not even the same amount like they charged it twice or somethinf, no they were different amounts, 14 and 21 dollars... this terrible pizza wasnt worth one charge let alone 2. so i called. the lady i talked to sounded regretful but couldnt fix it so told me to call in the morning and talk to justin.... now justin was worse then getting over charged and having a terrible pizza. when i called in the morning, he accused me of yelling at him... i had 4 sleeping people in the house... there was no yelling.. then i just said i had a bad f-ing pizza and needed this situation fixed because they charged me twice and that was theft. he said no it wasnt and to stop cussing at him.... i was like im not cussing at you, that would sound much different... but u failed to make a good pizza, u failed to leave directions, u failed to use the cash register correctly and now ur saying im yelling when im just talking.... this person just wanted to make me the bad guy so was clinging to anything. i was being civil in a terrible situation. with a manager-that who knows how he got this job ..was making the situation worse.... i told him i just want to go in there and get a cash refund cause i didnt want them to use my card again... he said he doesnt want my card. i was like ok... i told him i dont want to wait in a long line after all the trouble they have caused me and he said i will wait in a line if there is a line ... this man has no business being in a position of authority. i was wronged and stolen from-yes stolen cuz if i didnt catch it-were they going to send me an email? no. he just made the situation worse.
