Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Sky was the only one working when he took my order over the phone. I had a coupon for any large piece of for $10 so I picked the large stuffed. When I got there to pay the tiny print said not stuffed pizzas. So I was able to get a create your own with up to five toppings which I’ve never tried before. Sky easily changed my order, even though he had started the crust and sauce already. It was very kind and patient to everyone on the phone at the register and waiting even though he was the only employee working and it was very busy time I think sky should’ve had more help. It was not easy for him to smile, but he was wonderful at everything.!!! The pizza was delicious and you couldn’t beat that price! I would love to have More coupons like that!

I ordered a custom make pizza, I asked a >>whole garlic cream<< on half Special Taco and another half custom on the same one pizza. After employee made pizza, they put whole red sauce in it and I told them I asked whole garlic creamy only and they said there's garlic creamy on whichever half and insisted me to mind my business after I asked if I'm not allowed to make custom for the whole garlic cream on Special taco pizza and they said yeah. They Silence and staring at me waiting to leave. Classic. Long customer to it, no more.

Friendly staff - best fast food value!

I went there on valentines day at about 2 to pick up my call in order and the employees were really nice, but they had a female manager who was berrating them in front of me and another customer. She was super rude to them and I find that completely unaccepatable, they were working really hard, and honestly makes me want to not come back if they think it's okay to treat their employees that way.

I do not recommend using this location due to the very poor customer service experience. I just ordered a large pizza and drink. The cost was over 30 dollars, I had no problem with the cost or the quality. My main concern is that they refused my payment of 50$ forcing me to use another payment type. My change back would have been under 20 bucks. My money has no value at this location. So they will never receive it again. I will continue to use my other valuable location in Summer. They always treat me with respect and kindness.

Great pizza!

It all has to be one star after the atrocity that my family experienced just now. To keep kids and a dad just trying to get his son a reward pizza for reading waiting OVER AN HOUR FOR A PIZZA AND A HALF IS UNACCEPTABLE ACCORDING TO ANY STANDARD. Why on actual Earth did it take 4 people a full 67 minutes to fulfill one large pizza and a personal pizza kit. My kids are starving, my husband is pissed and I am left questioning why on Earth the minimum wage is $17, apparently higher than the combined IQ of the stooges fulfilling our order.

Fast and friendly but I gave it a 4 on 'Atmosphere' for not much seating for waiting customers and its 'cold, barren' ambiance.
