I usually get great food, but today we decided we would use Papa Murphys online services to have pizza delivered. We placed our address , ordered our pizzas, and received NO pizzas, so I contacted the River Road Papa Murphys and let them know the order says complete, but we never received any pizza, nor once it says complete does it show the ladies name who’s delivering it. I was told by Sierra that well I remember the door dash lady picking it up, but it’s kind of your fault for choosing it to be delivered instead of picking it up. HELLO it’s an option on your site, through your online app. I did find out a door dash lady chose to pick it up, but please be careful because I’m out 46.72 . And remember the couple of companies they go through are 3rd party vendors and they have no contact numbers for you if delivery is not made correctly and they assume no responsibility if you choose the option for it to be delivered through there site, I should have went directly to the door dash site I guess! Just please be aware so you too are not out money for a delivery made through their personal site.If we didn’t love their pizzas and had a vehicle home at the time I’d never have ordered it for delivery, but Sierra needs to be mindful how she talks to customers.

Whatever female was working on August 7th at 5pm has the worst customer service. Had to drive to the store twice because they never made a pizza that was called in. She was rude and the manager didn’t care. The worst service ever received at a papa murpheys. Take your business elsewhere ?

This Papa Murphy's on River Road in Puyallup across from all the car lots is always consistent in their making good quality pizza that is budget friendly. The employees are friendly & make you feel welcome. We love getting pizza from this store knowing when we get it home to bake that it's always going to have a generous amount of toppings & the crust is always delicious. We highly recommend this location.

I picked up a pizza and cheesy bread here on the 4th. The food made my family and I ridiculously sick. Avoid this place at all costs.
This was my first time at this location.. it was clean, very spacious and the food was up to standard.Vegetarian options: You can make pretty much any pizza, side, or crustless pizza vegetarian.Parking: There is no parking specifically for papa murphys.. you have to find it where you can. When I went there was only a few spots available.. closest parking spot I could find was VERY far from the store.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it is wheelchair accessible.
Quality of ingredients, taste, and flavor still good.Prices have increased dramatically which is normal now but with that quantity of ingredients has significantly been reduced. My $22 pizza looked absolutely nothing like the online menu and compared to years past this is disappointing. I’ll bring switching over to the Safeway Select Supreme pizza for $9.99. Ingredients are just as fresh, size is on par and taste is great too.

Sad, heard there is a new owner and then they rang up my 2 pizza orders with a hefty price increase. Don't think I'll be coming back $45 for 2 small pizzas and 1 being gluten free.The staff is great. Longer wait times but the front of the house they work hard.
