I accidentally forgot to complete my order online but the Sienna and the rest of the staff honored the 30% off coupon and helped me recreate my order. She was super helpful ringing me up. They had it all ready in less than 10 minutes. I wish there was a spot to sit but that's not on them. Awesome location!Vegetarian options: Dairy free cheese options

Best pizzas we’ve had from Papa Murphy’s in a while. This is our first visit to this location and we will gladly go out of our way to order from this location from now on. The service 1/15 in the evening was amazing; friendly staff and quick service. Best looking and tasting pizza too!!

I used curbside, and waited in my car forever. I called but kept getting hung up on, and finally had to just go in. The place was empty. I thought they were rude, and I guess people didn’t want to work that day. I will not return.

Halloween night it was absolutely packed - you could barely get into the lobby. Every employee was hustling and even coming into the lobby to write names down and make sure they knew we were there for pickup orders. The lady who seemed to be the manager was very professional and direct with some customers who had little to no patience and we're not being nice at all to the employees. I felt bad for everyone working, but they kept calm and we're killing it getting everyone taken care of in the crowd.

The lady's making the order were friendly and kept me in the loop on time to make order and salad. I like the layout of the store at 63rd St and Andresen more that what this store has going. But you get to watch the pizza much like your at Subway.

I have always gone to papa Murphys and me and my son came in bought a 26 dollar pizza that was stuffed came home baked it and while I was eating along with all my kids everyone was super disappointed ? Hardley any pepperoni and any sausage it was definitely not stuffed with enough ingredients not really worth almost 30 dollars especially if the company is gonna skimp you on toppings! I will never go back to this location I feel like I was cheated out of my money for what.? .. so a manager can make their food cost bonus? Ridiculous

So here's the thing, it's Papa Murphy's, the pizza is decent. Here's the problem, the employees don't pay attention to the order you place and they are really limited on what they are willing to do do make your order right when they do mess up. I placed an order that included a cheese bread (there are two types and we order one of each). One cheese bread arrived and the other did not. They charge a $6 delivery charge and have a $1 service fee. When I called to have my order corrected, first without even looking at my order I was told they sent the right order, which they did, it was just incomplete. When she did finally look it up and acknowledge the error on their part they were unwilling to deliver the item that THEY MISSED. I was told I could drive to them (again I paid an additional charge for delivery) or they could put it on my account for next time. I paid for delivery for a reason and would expect that they complete the order that I paid for. Really, really poor way to do business. Again, the food is good enough, but the customer service is garbage. They accepted my payment for the food, right? And I was charged for delivery, right?
