Good food! Smiling and attentive staff. Selection is also great they have rice dish, gyoza, ban mih, fresh roll, mongolian beef, general tsao etc. Missing 1 star because I have tasted way better pho broth elsewhere but can be improved and desired to your taste with lime, Sriracha, and bean black sauce. Ambiance is nice, nature-y, and beautiful, doesn't feel like a local cheap pho place.

I came in to have lunch with my 11 year old son. We have an intolerance to pesticides that make us very ill. When the waitress took our order I made sure to ask if there were any vegetables in their soup and was told no that it is on a separate plate and that they would be using beef broth and not vegetable. We waited 45 minutes for our soup. Once it came there were vegetables inside the broth (onion, green onion and parsley/cilantro) at this point we had about 10 minutes to be at his doctors appointment and needed to leave. I let the waitress know and she said that she would remake everything to go without the vegetables. I agreed and paid. She boxed up our soups and we left to the appointment. When we got home and took the soup out, his was missing. I called the restaurant and they said that he ate some of the meat from his bowl so that’s why his didn’t get replaced. Our food was in front of us for 30 seconds before I was up letting the waitress know that we couldn’t eat it. I later called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who asked if I wanted his soup remade and I let know that at this point we weren’t close to the restaurant, we stopped in because it was near his doctors and not because we live near it. She took my information to call me back. When she called me back she called me a different name, sounded confused and then asked me again if I’d like to come pick up new soup and would not refund my sons. I would absolutely not recommend eating here if you have any type of diet restrictions.

Very nice interior, and friendly staff (just not enough of them). Pho was fine, my wife enjoyed the broth. Pricing is competitive. We both ordered the combo pho, wish it would have had more tendon.

Thursday night dinner, arrived at 6. Seated relatively quickly but service was focused on the togo orders. Appetizer of pork spring roll seems a bit overpriced but I may be used to Kirkland-area shops that give 2 rolls. Pho arrived 30 minutes after ordering, but at least it was not skimpy on meat and also not greasy. Service was friendly and doing the best they could with so many to-go orders...things seemed to slow down around 645 so if I were going back I'd go after 630 for sure.Cute dining area with plenty of booth and table seating and good lighting. Hanging potted plants add to the overall vibe.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could.First, the interior design and cleanliness creates a very pleasant dining environment. The service was quick and very personal. We got good recommendations and phenomenal service. Then the food. Oh god, the food... The pho we ordered is absolutely addicting. So is the bah mi sandwich. The execution and presentation are both out of this world.Needless to say, we'll keep coming back!

Food was delicious! Fresh spring rolls were full of fresh, crunchy veggies. Pho broth was rich and flavorful. The Banmi sandwich was packed full of meat! Cute and bright interior and very sweet people running the place.
