Ordered pizza and wings here. Had a bunch of hair in my wings and spoke o the manager Terry who stated he would replace the wings the next time I ordered. Called in to make sure the credit was there and spoke with the manager Elaina who started off polite. She told me she didn't see a credit on my account and said she could not help. I asked to speak with Terry and she stated he would be in on Monday and she then told me she would not take my new order and said have a good day and hung up. Definitely horrible coming from a manager.

I order from this restaurant about once a month (delivery, in store pickup, and curbside pickup). My food is always perfect, the in-store staff is friendly and helpful, and the delivery drivers are courteous and fast.
The inside of the store is basic but clean. There are a few tables to eat at and some candy/trinket machines for kids.
I ordered extra pepper Cheaneys on a large pizza tavern style. The bottom of my pizza was burnt and I had six pieces of pepper Cheney. The worst pizza I have ever gotten from here and I will not order from them again.

I ordered 3 pizzas, 2 cinnamon sticks both of the pizzas and cinnamon sticks were soggy, and one of the pizzas was wet under the crust of the pizza, pizza sauce tasted really bad, all of the pizza and cinnamon sticks were very greasy and they were not that great at all, I'm not ordering anything again from this restaurant, and pizzas we're cold.

The new meaty marinara pasta is subpar from the previous recipe. I won't order it anymore.
Just had pizza delivered. We left strict directions to NOT RING THE DOOR BELL! Ridiculous how you need to leave a tip before delivery. Next time cash tip only if you follow the directions!
