Pizza Twist - Puyallup, WA

My orders from Uber eats the past couple times have been gross. Extremely dry and a lack of cheese. I even paid for extra vegan cheese and it looks like I actually ordered extra light. Also had a weird taste.

I really wanted to like this place. It seems like a neat concept.

They had a combo deal online of two topping medium pizza, 10 wings, and 2 liter soda. Sounded like a good option for dinner for husband and me. When I went to go pick it up, the guy asked if I wanted a can or bottle of coke, I stated that it was actually a 2liter. He literally made a face, scoffed, and said no in a tone of voice that implied I was crazy, an idiot, or trying to scam him. We looked down at the receipt he had handed me to try and clarify this situation and all it said was "1 COKE" so the guy says, "see, no". I just left. I wasn't about to argue with this jerk over a few dollars worth of soda.

After opening the food, I was even more upset. We like spicy food and were excited to see "super spicy buffalo" as a wing sauce option. They had ranch drizzled all over them and a handful of cilantro now smooshed into the sauce. Nothing in the food description mentions ranch or cilantro or I would have asked for it taken off.

After calling the store. There was no manager or shift lead to talk to, just the man who had scoffed at me. He made excuses about being new or something, but that means either the store left a brand new employee completely alone, or he's lying. He offered to "fix it" if we came back. The store is 40min round trip from my house and I just wanted to eat my food.

Fix your descriptions on your ordering site so people are not surprised by what they ordered. Learn your own promotions so your employees aren't making fools of themselves. And work on your attitude, there was no reason to treat me like that.

I've ordered delivery twice - the first time they didn't have what I ordered, the second time I received the completely wrong item that I couldn't eat. I was really excited to try their vegan options but won't be trying for a third time. Maybe ordering in person is better because you can send items back immediately if they're wrong.

The halal beef lamb pieces were rotten. I didn't notice until I had a slice and the taste hit me. Such an awful experience. I was happy to find a halal pizza place in the area ??‍♀️ Wings came with no ranch too even though I ordered it

We ordered 3 pizzas, fries and 2 orders of wings. 1 of the pizzas and 1 of the wings were vegan. Everything was delicious. The toppings were generous and nicely arranged (they look like the cook was careful and didn't just throw everything on), just beautiful. The vegan pizza could have been cooked just a minute more, but it was still great. There are a handful of barstools and no tables, so we got the pizza to go.

Highly recommend and we'll definitely order again.

I want to try all the vegan options, as they have many plant based options.

Oh, the soft-spoken gentleman was alone, but he still got our food out so fast, he's a rock star.

Wanted pizza with some cheese, they put very light cheese that I couldn’t feel the taste of it.

Family and I ordered 3 pizzas takeout and all are having stomach pain and diarrhea. The quality is very cheap and old, they barely put any toppings and the service was horrendous. A man with a long beard did not look like he cared about cleanliness nor looked happy to be there. Overall this was a very poor experience and I highly encourage others to try other places like CanAm pizza if they desire “Pizza with a Twist”.
