Took absolutely forever. Had to go in to get second mashed potatoes and gravy. Had very little gravy. Also didn't have spicy strips and didn't find out till after ordering. Pretty sure they were short staffed so take that into consideration. Staff absolutely did their best but still hard to get thru.
I asked for no wings and of course I received wings. My chicken was overcooked or it had been sitting. Dark brown. Tiny leg and skinny thigh. As expensive as fast food has become they need to be as perfect as possible. Grateful we are willing to pay a premium so they can make a living wage.
I had stopped delivering from this location for a while because almost delivery went wrong. However I gave it another shot today and the service was a night and day difference. The staff was friendly, hustling, order was ready when I walked in. Restaurant was clean
