I love The Ram! Amber is sooo great. She makes me feel at home. I come back to see her, I feel like family here. The food is always quick and cooked to perfection. On a busy night I’m seating in her section.

Our server, Peyton, was outstanding! Beers were fine, but the kitchen needs some work. We ordered 3 burgers, two well done, the other medium (some pink). My wife and I got what we ordered. My buddy got his well done ,not what he wanted . He went back 2 days later and got a burger cooked on one side. One side burnt, the other never seen the grill. That's a medium to them. The Ruston Way Ram is awesome in every way. May be a management issue? Oh, and they discontinued the...

Great beer.....And the servers in the bar are great!! Amber, Tina, Payton and all of them are great!!!

But, last night I went in and the bar was full ....no biggie...We sat in the restaurant and our our server, Chris G, was anything but friendly. If you are going to be in customer service try being friendly to your regular customers. It makes a big difference on your reviews.
