Dry chicken nuggets, dry steak, dry burger, so-so mashed potato and long wait time even for the appetizers. They were short on staff. Just the waitress making us comfortable as much as possible.

I’ve always loved their food. Amazing!

Bartender was rude when went to change tables for next football game manager didn't seam to care. 1st service was good.

They have either given us the wrong food or left full items out when we do to go. They will no longer have my business

You gotta try and make it out here during the day. The bartender Tina is awesome and sweet. Her drinks are on point. She really cares about her customers and regulars. Her personality is great. She's always hoppin'.We hot armadillo eggs as always, French dip and Cobb salad with blackened ahi tuna.

Very dissatisfied. We went here to celebrate a birthday and the experience was extremely disappointing. We excitedly told the server we were there to celebrate a birthday and she didn't seem to care. She was unaware of the drink specials that we had received an email for from the Ram, so we had to show her the email in order to get the special. Whatever drink she brought to us was not the one on the special and tasted horrible. It sat there with about three drinks taken out of it, and she never checked in to see if everything was okay with. Most servers will check in because there is a reason the drink wasn't being consumed and generally will at least offer to have it remade. One person in our party ordered ribs and they smelled and tasted horrible like it was old or bad meat. We were in a group of six of us and the server gave us the bill without even asking if we were all on one check or not, which is very odd since most servers will ask either right away or before they run the check through. So we had to request that she split the check and instead of breaking it up by what meals we all had she just split it evenly into two checks. By this point we were all irritated and not wanting to deal with it anymore. Overall it was a disappointing and weird experience. Service wasn't great, food wasn't great, drinks weren't great. I usually love the Ram so I know it's location specific issues and I know I won't be going back to this location anymore.

Very good food! Great service and atmosphere. However, I couldn't stop looking at the dead ram head and couldn't stop feeling sorry for the poor guy.

We were here recently and it was good food. In the past we've come in and were told it would be 1.5 hour wait and they weren't busy. Their prok ribs are really good.

Prime rib was good. But mash potatoes was cold and green beans was frozen. Lunches are better

The service has unfortunately decreased since my last time being there. Our orders were incorrect, and the service was lacking, even for a server who had apparently worked there for two years. The Ram has been a great place to go for my family over the last twenty years, but recently that has changed.

This place is a chain but oh is it so delicious. The food is always high quality. The selection is large. The service is good. The location is good. I recommend their burgers!

Had a wonderful dinner/visit with my father. Everything was good, served hot, and we had a wonderful waitress who was there if we needed anything. Very good experience! We will be back again soon. Thank u.

Forgot our appetizer, place was dirty trash everywhere. Husband's ribs were dry, and the cold slaw has gone bad it was soo sour. My Chicken mac and cheese was pretty much lacking any chicken at all, my long island tasted like only sweet and sour. Never again
