Like this place!
Ordered meat pizza and got cheese, ordered a side od tomato and they brought 1 slice for 99 cents. The girl that brought the tomato said they were free and brought a few more slices. Our waitress went and got the manager, who informed us all the tomatoes slices we received will be charged at 99 cents per slice. We informed her what the girl told us and she copped an attitude and said the girl didn't know and we will be charged. Needless to say they lost our business.

Do not get anything with broccoli!!! My family was served Moldy broccoli multiple times from this location. It was very obviously moldy and upon asking the waitress about it the situation was downplayed.
What is going on with my favorite burger joint? We always had a great experience and good food until a few months ago. Our past 2 visits were horrible, I dont think we will be back at this location ever again. Waiter/waitress dont even look at your direction, no hello, no water, no interaction for at least 10 minutes. Today we just got up and left because we were ignored for more than 10 minutes while other tables get their drinks and orders.

I got a gift card for Christmas, so my husband and I went here for lunch. It was as expected. Adequate food, nothing remarkable about it. Service was great. Bottomless fries.

My family and I have been going here for years. Been amazing service. But ever since a couple months ago, it’s just gone downhill. I ordered a pick up order with a drink, entree and appetizer. 1. Didn’t get my drink. 2. ordered a burger with no tomatoes, it had tomatoes. everything is cold. I don’t know what has happened in the past couple months but this place has gone downhill with everything

Good food and great service ! Jake was amazing
I went for the happy hour specials, so we were seated in the bar area. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. Our food was delivered accurately and pretty quickly. The first batch of fries that arrived were overly salted, so were given a hot, fresh batch with no salt, per our request. We did not feel rushed to eat and leave, although there was not a huge crowd. It was a very pleasant visit overall. *Bonus: There was an adorable set of mother-daughter turquoise sinks in the ladies bathroom.

Waited forever for our server to come back and grab our order after drinks. Our server was very rude and had an attitude we were located at table 56. At 2 pm on 7/22/2025. I took I bite of my chicken tenders and I couldn’t even bite threw the chicken part of it it wasn’t cooked properly I sent it back to have my server tell me it’s fully cooked but they are putting fresh down for me and my 2 year old son for them to bring out more and half of them be fine and half of them be the same as the last I didn’t even eat any of mine I just boxed it up and left. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had here.

Title: Bottomless Fries, but Apparently Not Bottomless Courtesy
Location: Red Robin, Puyallup, WA
I've worked in the restaurant industry for over a decade, so I know what decent service looks like — and this wasn’t it.
Jake took our order and offered to get us started with bottomless fries while we waited for our entrées. He asked what sauces we wanted — we said two ranch, one BBQ. Pretty simple.
What came out? Three baskets of fries with one ranch and two honey mustards — delivered by a different server. I like honey mustard just fine, just not on fries. So, I tracked down Jake. He said he'd fix it, and came back with more sauces... but not before giving me a speech — while staring me down — about how “getting fries before the meal is a courtesy.”
Really? You mean asking what sauces we want is just part of a big restaurant roulette where we take what you feel like giving us?
Then our entrées arrived, and Jake gave me a death stare from 40 yards out like I'd asked him to wash my car, not do his actual job. Meanwhile, we were scraping the last drops from a nearly empty ketchup bottle. I casually told my coworker, “Ketchup’s a courtesy too, apparently,” just as Jake walked by (unplanned timing, I swear). He brought a new bottle, which I appreciated — but the vibe? Definitely icy.
The Monster Burger was great. The fries were solid — especially when I finally got the ranch I originally asked for.
So here’s a suggestion: If you’re going to offer bottomless fries and ask guests what sauces they want, don’t turn around and act like they’re ungrateful for expecting what they were offered. Otherwise, maybe rebrand as Randy’s You-Get-What-You-Get Sauce Shack and call it a day.
There were maybe six tables in the whole place. No rush, no crowd — just unnecessary arrogance.
P.S. I took one star off the Food category for receiving honey mustard instead of ranch.
