Food is good, but do you need SEVEN parking spots in front of your store dedicated to online orders? The parking lot is small and it impacts the available spaces for customers of this restaurant and the other stores in the parking lot. Maybe ok during Covid, but now those seven spaces sit empty.

Food was cold and sloppy. Service was awful. We had to ask for silverware and then didn't get it. The server was completely overloaded and frazzled; I didn't notice mngmt helping. I waited almost 35 minutes to pay before flagging a server down from a different section. It was very disappointing. We will not be returning.

Felt like a massive inconvenience coming here to eat. The restaurant was not busy but our waitress helped every other table around us, but ours. We had finished eating and sat there for a good 15 minutes until I stopped someone to get us a to go box she never came back with the to go box. We had issues paying on the table kiosk which prolonged us sitting there waiting for someone to notice us. So long in fact three other tables that came in way after us got their food ate and then left. We were never offered refills on our drinks or fries. The gentleman who delivered our food to the table was more helpful than our actual waitress.

Took my kid here and his face was lit up he kept telling the waitress that he absolutely loved this place the food was so good it came out pretty fast too all the staff seem to be pretty cool all I know is if you like Big Fat Burgers and bottomless pit fries which means as many refills on the fries as u can eat this is the place for you and if you have kids it's super cheap to take them with you for $10 my kid had a hamburger french fries and a chocolate sundae and an orange soda pop..so ya I recommend going here for sureVegetarian options: I remember seeing a couple options on the burgersDietary restrictions: It looks like they have some really nice saladsParking: There's plenty of parking at Ross Kohl's Ulta Beauty all of the spots are connected it's kind of like a little mini mallKid-friendliness: Totally kid friendly they even have a electronic game you can play or they have conversation starters coloring books and the atmosphere is just very kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible but I can see if you were in a wheelchair that it would be kind of stressful because it's sort of a tight squeeze walking with all the tables they have

We had a great time when we dined in and ordered take out.
We ate here last night for my daughter’s birthday and it was horrible. The Mac and cheese was cold. The chicken on my salad was rubbery and fatty. I did not even eat it. My husbands food was also cold. I have my food handlers card and manage a coffee shop and am sure that food was not being held at the correct temperature. Non of us finished our food. Our server was running the whole time and doing her best. She said the kitchen was buried. I am sure they were short staffed. I will never eat at a Red Robin again!
