Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

All the table pay centers were broken in our section. Drinks weren't filled timely. Food was delicious.

I wish I remembered the servers name. Amazing service, he said he was a student at PLU. Great with my kids and timeliness in serving us. Great experience, amazing food as always. Thanks RR!!

Good service and food. For being Christmas eve and limited restaurants open, they did a good job

We did not have a great experience at this Red Robin. The food was fine. You could tell it sat in the window for a while before we got it. The service was kind of crap. We sat for a long time before getting our menu, in between beers, for refill on fries. This particular location did not meet the expectation we have come to know and love from Red Robin. We will not be back.

I went to the bar and the server there was super attentive and very pleasant.

Stopped here for lunch and had an excellent experience. Prompt service from the bartender, who made a great cocktail recommendation. My bonsai burger arrived quickly and exactly how I ordered it.

Our waiter was very attentive and on point.

The To-Go staff member named Andrea (on 5/18/25) was absolutely incredible. I was not paying attention and accidentally ordered a salad to go containing an allergen of mine. When I got home and realized, I called and asked for a remake. They were so incredibly kind and remade it for free! I came and picked it up and it was perfect. Thank you to Andrea and the team for being so polite, uplifting, and understanding of my mistake and working to fix it.

Red Robin used to be great but has gone downhill. Food is alright, nothing special and not like it used to be. Service was ok and the restaurant is run down and kind of gross. Tables had a dirty film on it. Cheese sticks are still the best. Haven't been in years and won't be for years to come.

The staff and management were friendly and helpful. Our food was perfectly prepared. We definitely plan on returning soon.

The food and service was great!

Went there with a group of 13 people. We didn't have to wait long for them to seat us together. It was my friends birthday and they Sang for her and gave her a free ice cream. The staff were so friendly.

We ordered Bonzai petite burger and a Reds double. Appetizer was chicken wings. Everything we ate didn’t have a taste. Will not be going back to Red Robin’s.

The suit food served is adequate for the price although it is on the top end of price however their allergy menus are garbage as you have to use their notepads on the table which do not work I have been to Red Robin now five times in the last 6 months it's amazing people actually want me to go there and I just go with him for family functions birthdays so on and so forth I have celiacs disease and they cannot give me an allergy menu they tell me to figure it out online That's not very good customer service you get a senior citizen in there what are they going to do Tell him they can't eat go somewhere else because they can't get it online and your apps don't work overall customer service was extremely poor very loud environment and they don't keep allergy menus in house food itself like I said is fair for the price although it's the top end of it
