Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We decided to eat dinner in the bar. I went with the Royal burger and fries with a chocolate shake. The food came out pretty quick which was great. My burger was good. The service was good can't complain.

I had the western burger which wasn't much more than a basic burger. Mine was missing the onion straws, it had 1. My partner ordered the mushroom burger and loved it. Their endless steak fries, not the only option, are good. Their BBQ sauce and fire sauce are good. Our waitress was fabulous! We sat in the bar as otherwise there would have been a lengthy wait. I had a classic margarita which wasn't all that great. The endless soda was more than was required, didn't even finish one glass.

I'm handicapped and ask if we (2 of us)could sit on a bench seat. She said they have expected people coming so it would be a while before any openings would come up. It looked hardly half full in that area with bench seats. Instead I had to sit in a simple cheap looking chair as if they wanted to hide us. I expected a gourmet burger with a large bun and beef patty. It was small, less than average and nothing gourmet about it. The burgers come with endless fries but the small amount they give you each time runs out quickly with two people. They didn't keep up with when we ran out of fries, we always had to wait on the so-called endless fries and if you wanted to have fries with the bites of your burger, good luck because they skimp on the serving size. Average at best is my take.

today was the best experience we have had at RR. we were greeted by the manager Kenneth at the front door and he was so kind. our server was great and the manager came back around to chat with us and made sure our experience was fantastic. he went out of his way to give us some super cool waterproof stickers for our water bottles and some coupons for some amazing kids at my place of work. we will be going back to not only have another great burger but for the experience.

Love this restaurant! Attentive servers and waiter, fast service! Flavorful burger choices. Bottomless fries are a huge hit with my family! Freckled lemonade is my favorite!

Who doesn’t love a delicious hamburger! I just recently found out they sell tavern burgers. It’s not as big as they’re standard burgers, but they’re still very good and more affordable! The service here was also good no complaints. I would go here again for sure.

Like any other Red Robin. Fatty foods in average quality beers. If you're into exotic drinks you might like this better

When my order was wrong and I politely asked for it to be fixed, I was treated rudely. Sticky film on tables. The restaurant in general is grody and needs cleanser taken to it.

Trendy restaurant with artistic flair and calm ambiance

My pulled pork burger was great, the chicken strips my girl ordered for her and our son was not pull apart done and was like you had to rip them apart. The server seemed to be in a bad mood and we were passed over several times while ready to order. I have had better from Tacoma location.
