5 stars across the board, brought the family out for an early dinner. The food and service were excellent. We feasted like Kings and Queens at an affordable price.Parking: We showed up in great timing and got a front row spot. If we would've missed that spot, than I could see how parking would be difficult. Due to the amount of restaurants in the area.Kid-friendliness: Kids enjoyed their meals and dessert. They were very excited to get a free balloon on the way out.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access, roll in, and enjoy.
Dylan was such an amazing server, kind and caring. The ambience was very nice and so glad to have had him as our server.

Check your receipts. I was charged a $2.99 entertainment fee even though I did not use the payment machine to play games. I called the restaurant and asked how that happened and was told that the only way that would happen would be if I had hit the games button by mistake. There was no apology or no attempt to fix my concern.
Both my grandmother and my meal was cold. By the time the server was done on her break. We either had to Wade another hour for our mail. To get redone or just say baggot silly bag it. They didn't give us free drink dessert or appetizer coupons. I thought that was sweet l o l. My teriyaki chicken Burger was great until I put in the middle and it was ice cold. Her shrimp was absolutely ickled from the beginning and I felt so bad for her cause. She didn't say anything that four little thing. I don't think coupons are enough to even make do with what or the amount of money you pay for it. But hey to each His own. I love redrobin, But was thoroughly disappointed.

Our $10 mozzarella twists were lukewarm. Our burgers were decent but we hardly got any fries. Never got any refills on sodas or even asked if we wanted refills. Asked if we wanted more fries and we said yes and I guess he forgot because he never brought them. Finally came back and asked if there was anything else we needed after we had already paid. Should've went to the other puyallup red robin.

I have been trying an experiment here and so far am getting consistent results. If your table is only having water, your service will be fair at best. If you order alcohol or specialty drinks with your meal, your service will be excellent. Ordering an appetizer makes no difference either way. So, we enjoy water, tavern burgers and an appetizer with mediocre service as a nice treat that is still fairly affordable. And, if we are in the mood for great service, we just add a freckled lemonade to the bill.
