I'm giving three stars because my double cheese burger was burnt to a crisp and the $8 order of sweet potato fries came with the tiniest bag of fries I've ever seen. The guy at the counter was awesome and my wife loved her cheese steak sandwich, which was cooked perfectly. Cooking errors happen so I can forgive that. I'm more annoyed about the pathetically tiny bag of sweet potato fries that they charged $8 for. $8 for fries seems insane in general, and I expect to get a pound of fries if I'm paying that much. My wife thought I ate most of them before getting home. So in conclusion I'll be hesitant to come here again since it's fairly expensive for a burger place, and if I'm paying $15 for a burger (just the burger, no meal) I expect it to be at least decent quality. If I go back I'll probably dine in rather than take out so I can send the burger back if it's cooked similarly.

very friendly staff and great service ! but this place is EXPENSIVE !! my husband and i got 2 burger meals (california burger and bacon cheeseburger). one with a regular drink, the other with a milkshake. we also got 2 side orders (garlic cheese curds and fried zucchini) the food was phenomenal, but our total came out to $81 after tip (gave 15% tip due to great service). the food is great but the prices, not so much. also you have to pay for refills on the drink. love the food but not sure i’ll be back to due to price.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger without veggies. They put plain and didn’t put sauce or bacon on it. Just cheese, so a cheeseburger that I got charged for bacon. I ordered fries too and it was just under $20. This was a gift for someone’s birthday meal and it was quite the bummer.

The service was top notch. Fast friendly and informative!!! I had the California Burger. It was delicious!!! Fries are crunchy and also chewy, perfection! Kiddo had Philly Cheesesteak. He said it was excellent with lots of cheese. Highly recommend, looking forward to returning!

I paid over $20 for a small soft drink that I couldn’t refill for a a small Philly cheesesteak sandwich that I wouldn’t buy again for half the price. No wonder I’m the only one in here

You will sit down at this seemingly small quiet place and see a stream of people come through the door, and when you taste the perfectly seasoned tender juicy burger you will know why. The fries are lightly battered and large, huge quantity- I ate leftovers for two days! Really highly recommended, we will be back.

The front of house cashier/service worker I forgot his name (asian gentleman) needs to go around all other businesses and teach them what customer service & communication perfection should look like. Incredibly welcoming and a smooth operator over the phone. I was having difficulty having my order go through one of the ordering methods so I just called. Overall lovely staff, the burger was on point and neatly assembled. Made and ready to be picked up within 10 minutes. I'll definitely be returning to try another :) trying to think of anything that could have been improved on and it's hard, but I did notice one thing though... my to go order didn't come with any napkins LOL 🤪

I gotta say, best milkshakes in south hill so far. I had the blue cheese burger and it was phenomenal. I will be back for more.
