Honest Review:

This place is very expensive compared to other smaller businesses, but that never stops me from supporting them. Their drinks are so amazing, as well as the wonderful baristas. So welcoming and friendly. If you’re ever in the Washington area, definitely check this place out. You won’t regret.

I'm done going to this location always getting our drinks wrong and it's not that there hard it's drinks on the menu with no whip just drizzle or cold foam always one or the other is messed up, they talk way to much and obviously get distracted, and with the price of drinks these days I think they should be how they're ordered. Today they forgot the cold foam I asked for and my straws for two drinks

Coming back to this review august of 24
This is the first time I think I’ve tried to use cash to get coffee and I was told that they can’t make change for my cut my $10 bill that they have to put it on a gift card. I drove off I won’t ever come here again I’ll continue to go to Starbucks. You guys lost a 10 year plus recipient of your coffee

Big Foot Java has amazing coffee and great girls working very hard as this shop was super busy. I love that I can roll through here 24hrs a day and always get a great cup of Java. Thank you!!

Waited 30min for two 16oz coffees while she waited on a friend or co worker at the window. Had to come back through a second time after having a mouth full of whole dark chocolate chips. Hands it to us the second time with again whole chocolate chips and crazy dark color so disappointed just left and threw it away will not visit this location again thanks girls with bangs.

I had gone this morning to grab myself and my coworkers some coffee! Great service first of all, the ladies were really nice. As I was near my work (about 5 mins from Bigfoot), i had made a turn and spilt one of my drinks. I immediately turned around because I was prepared to make up that lost drink for my friend. However, the girls were very considerate towards replacing the beverage while offering some napkins to help clean up my seat. Please stay blessed ladies!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I asked for a $50.00 gift card and ending up receiving a $15.00 gift card. I was corrected many times on my pronunciation and I mean many times… I had to type out the order on my phone and then show it to them, I felt very uncomfortable and discriminated. There was no greeting from the first encounter to after paying. All the baristas had an attitude. Will definitely not be going back, and do not recommend to anyone. I would very much be grateful if a manager reached out to me regarding this incident.
