Always a great pizza the salad bar was sub par lettuce was brown . I made a polite comment to the server and they didn't respond.

Unacceptable service. I ordered my pizza well before my daughter arrived, yet her order—placed after she got there—was served five minutes before mine. The server dropped her pizza on the table with no care, almost landing in my husbands lap, then ignored him when he asked about our order. Completely unprofessional. The salad bar was the only redeeming feature, but not enough to justify a return visit.

When it comes to the management (Joe and Christian) excellent customer service. The team members Nick, Alex, and the rest of team are Amazing. I have eaten at Roundtable in Puyallup at least 5 times in April. The food is AMAZING 👏🏾 The customer service AMAZING. The Price is AMAZING. The ingredients on the pizza are fresh and the crust is so delicious. The accuracy on the orders is exact with no mistakes. And your order is ready in a timely manner. Lazy day and you don't feel like cooking call Roundtable you won't be disappointed. Keep up the AMAZING WORK.

New years eve was madness here 45 min wait and that was after I already was told that on the phone when I ordered and then I got to the restaurant 25 mins later and still had another 40 min wait.

If you call to place an order or ask to speak to the physical location you will be on hold for 20+ minutes & if you ask for the phone number to call yourself you’ll be told “ we’re not allowed to disclose that information” Well this explains half the problem.

Had a scheduled birthday party for my 3 year old when we came in room was disgusting when we are supposed to be able to arrive 15 mins early for set up then when we went to go find someone to clean it they kicked us all out of the room extremely rude we then had them try and say we didn't have a reservation after getting the beard sticks they werent even cooked all the way and the pizza had more cheese then anything then when we go to call they dismissed what had happened will never spend a dime there ever again worst place ever

Yikes. It's ran by a bunch of teenagers and they are all over the place. Last night I paid 70 for order and waited an hour. This younger boy was the one putting the orders together with no help that's why I waited patiently. The other girls just walking around and one bossy one that was folding small boxes like you can't go help this kid? She kept acting like the boss and could see them all struggling but instead of helping just bossed them around. They started giving refunds to people I seen but finally my cold order came out since I was waiting just 25 min for poppers so got home and ate cold pizza and bread sticks. Will probably go elsewhere from now on since this is I believe second similiar incident here. There was a big fight on TV they weren't doing deliveries so everyone was coming in for pick up but the lobby was dead so I think they all need some training on how to do their jobs correctly and what team work is. Hope the manager can review the tapes.The one in bonneylake is very clean, no craziness and gets things done, maybe take some notes!
