I don’t expect to have plastic silverware when I come to a restaurant. To get metal silverware you have to ask the cashier and then they go and wash about 10 and bring it out. Seems like laziness on the part of the manager when proper dining utensils are not available. This has happened the last 3 times we have come in

I'm not frustrated or unhappy with the product, quality, or necessary the staff. The staff has always been friendly and great. My issue at this point is the process. I must be the unluckiest person here. This time we arrived to pickup a to go order and after mistaken me for another Mark that had an online order was then unable to locate ours. No the other Mark didn't pick it up by mistake. After about 5 minutes of trying to figure out where it was, as they made the statement that they could see the wing order in the back but cannot find the pizzas, they concluded that when they had a printer issue ours didn't print and that caused them not to make it. Now, they immediately started to make it so I had to wait 10-15 more minutes BUT... This is not the first time our order that was done online has been messed up and not put in the oven until after we arrived and had to wait the same time as if we just walked in and ordered it. So this is where I think they need to address this a little better. Do something for the customer to make it better. Never has that been done. We could have just ordered delivery and if something was messed up then they have to fix it. When we come to pick it up, and not be early but on time, and then have to wait like we basically are dining in, do something... So for instance we had a 6pc wing. Say sorry for our hiccup so we doubled your wings, or something. Heck, just something. We are tired of the usual, we are sorry, we will fix it now. Heard it before multiple times.
Again I want to stress. The food, quality, and workers are a 4 star. It's theses issues that I'm getting too use to and with nothing but an I'm sorry, after several times, I'm done hearing that.
Multiple experiences since. Both good and bad. But today, bad... We ordered online at 3:14 PM for ASAP. It stated 3:38 pickup. Arrived at 3:30 and at 4:05 it was ready. It was not busy, crowded, nothing out of the ordinary. I could have walked in and ordered and got this at the same time. So something was messed up. No explanation. Seriously...

The food was passable, the salad bar looked bad (not very clean), and though it did not seem busy- only us and two other tables- the staff didn't seem to care. But the atmosphere wasn't bad. So I will concede the fact we could have been there on an off day.
