Unacceptable service. I ordered my pizza well before my daughter arrived, yet her order—placed after she got there—was served five minutes before mine. The server dropped her pizza on the table with no care, almost landing in my husbands lap, then ignored him when he asked about our order. Completely unprofessional. The salad bar was the only redeeming feature, but not enough to justify a return visit.
When it comes to the management (Joe and Christian) excellent customer service. The team members Nick, Alex, and the rest of team are Amazing. I have eaten at Roundtable in Puyallup at least 5 times in April. The food is AMAZING 👏🏾 The customer service AMAZING. The Price is AMAZING. The ingredients on the pizza are fresh and the crust is so delicious. The accuracy on the orders is exact with no mistakes. And your order is ready in a timely manner. Lazy day and you don't...

New years eve was madness here 45 min wait and that was after I already was told that on the phone when I ordered and then I got to the restaurant 25 mins later and still had another 40 min wait.
