I had spoken with the decorator to design a cake for me for a gender reveal party I was having and she agreed to do this for me and was even given the dates (1 month notice at that) and here I am with her not even being at work to do this cake for me!!! Not happy with this customer service! I could have found a different bakery but now I'm in a situation where I have no time to offer anyone because I trusted this facility! If you aren't going to be at work, you never should have agreed to do this! So disappointed!!

Shout out to Steven and John in the deli-- I was purchasing a whole lot of food for my family of 7 tonight and they were very attentive, made us fresh potato wedges and made sure I got the best deal. John was especially attentive and patient as I was trying to make up my mind. Excellent customer service. Will definitely come back!!
