They were out of pies, mozzarella cheese sticks, and honey! The workers were very nice and apologized for being out of serval items, but my husband and I were still disappointed to not be able get get pie like we'd planned.

Donny, the general manager, was pleasant, funny, prompt and polite. We in my group have decided he is why we will return. OH! And the stuffed hashbrowns are AWESOME!

This one is still open ! I'm giving it a 1 based on corporate - NOT the employees or the food - upon finding the one on 72nd closed - and the one on Union closed , we discovered this one was still open !!! Pancakes for dinner, my grandsons were thrilled ! Here's the thing - the employees were preparing the food they had ! Meaning not recieving shipments from corporate and had not been notified by corporate about what is going on !!! No pies, no whipped cream - no ice cream - they may have closed by now because they ran out of food !!? Horrible example of how to treat your employees Shari's -

I was there to pick up an order for Uber and then the server dude was telling to wait 10 mins. So 10 minutes later I came back to pick up my Uber, and all the sudden the server just walks outside with his phone calling with someone while there was a customer up front waiting for assistance. Also, I was these two cooks in the back of the kitchen kissing and making out, which is very disrespectful, especially in a work environment. Cooks shouldn’t be making out while they’re on duty, very unprofessional of you guys! ??

After waiting 20+ minutes with only beverage service we had to go somewhere else to get food (kid was hungry). Only one server on staff who seemed to be struggling with handling 3 other tables besides us on a slow Saturday. Management Definitely dropped the ball with today.
Picked up a chocolate cream pie from Shari's, my mom's favorite, to celebrate her 80th birthday. The service was fantastic and friendly and the pie was perfect. I've already been back to purchase another pie! Thank you for helping make my mom's birthday special!

My husband and I were expecting to eat here, but I have a son with sever food allergies and I always bring his food to a different restaurants. In theae restaurant told me that is not allow and I am very disappointed for that. To exclude some families because 1 off the members have a severe food allergies and we are trying so hard to include him in activities like these.
