Ordered a foot long hot dog with chilli and cheese… and it was gross. Also ordered the number 10 the chicken bites were cold, and the tots were fresh so I guess that’s a plus. Seems like the night shift crew nobody really cares, seen one of the workers just standing there on her phone… anyways the tots were fresh!!

I went to the sonic in Puyallup off meridian absolutely terrible service when they got my order wrong they have attitude when fixing it. This what I got back for a fixed burger two patties bacon in the middle and two cheese on the bottom. I hope they lose their jobs they need to teach these kids how to treat a customer! Talk about remaking they didn’t

Not sure why they haven't upgraded there payment system. Need new menu items. Need faster service and customer service for drive up. I wanted to experience the pull up service, but its slow. Drive through is faster.

went two days ago and got a burger that was 100% room temp. No way it had been cooked within the last 30 minutes. I did not learn my lesson and went today as well. After they gave me a completely wrong order - it wasnt even the same base items - they have me wait while they make it again. Then its wrong again. 3 times it takes to get it right after getting cold precooked some time ago food the other day. I have learned my lesson. They are useless and do not know how to take an order. It got repeated back to me wrong 5 times! I should have taken that as the clue right there to get out of line and go somewhere else.

This place is a joke my son order something he got the food it was missing a burger they told them it was a new bagger and it wasn’t their fault and there is nothing they can do! How is that our fault this is ridiculous and RONALD is also a joke he acted as if he doesn’t care and laughed in my face and said ok! And you best believe RONALD I CALLED CORPORATE AND THEY WILL BE REACHING OUT ON THAT ASS! Now laugh at that!

I guess I'm not the only unsatisfied customer. I went there the other day to try the smash burger deal. I was told I needed to download the app to take advantage of it. When I got home I realized they didn't give me the deal and they missed two corn dogs I ordered. When I called they said they couldn't do anything about it because I used the app. I responded to the survey expressing my disappointment. I received a quick response and they informed me that this location was not participating in the promotion. I am grateful for the corporate response. But this location will not get my business.

Food takes forever to be made half of the time they forget to give you what you ordered and the last time we went was the first time I couldn’t finish the burger they gave us, it was nasty. If you want decent burgers and service go to out and about burgers about a half mile down the road. Nothing is more irritating than being hungry for decent fast food and getting food you have to force yourself to eat cuz it tastes like trash. Burger King on canyon road is solid as well, always fresh and tasty there

I’ve given this Sonic location multiple chances, but every visit is a disappointment. Tonight, I ordered a pretzel with cheese, even paying extra for the cheese—only to receive no cheese at all. This is just one example of their consistently sloppy service. Every time I visit, something is wrong with the order. It’s clear that attention to detail and customer care are not priorities here. If this location can’t provide basic quality and accuracy, they shouldn’t be operating at all. I won’t be returning.

My husband and I went to Sonic on meridian on Friday. We ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a number 2 no pickles with tots. We waited at the window for about between 5 and 10 min. When our food finally was given to us we parked and went to eat. My husband's burger was loaded with pickles but other then that it was ok. My chicken sandwich was a different story. I looked at it and it looked like someone sat on it. I was trying to give it a chance but the chicken was as flat as the bun. It was over cooked and dry. I use to come to this sonic as a treat. But I haven't been here in months due to food issues in the past. I really wish they would have fixed the issues. I don't plan on going back. It's sad I really love the crispy chicken sandwich and LG banana milkshake. I don't recommend this Sonic. To long of wait time and smashed food.

It took 20 minutes to receive my order, 10 of which were spent sitting at the window with not a single update on my food. I'm not sure why it takes that long to get four mozzarella sticks, french toast sticks, a pretzel, and an iced coffee. Starbucks can get your order out in less than four minutes. Do better!!

I wish they would fix the app so you could order an ice cream slush on it. I swear that is the main reason I don't go here more often. If they sell it at the restaurant why can't I order it on the app?

Rude. Food cold, working too fast and not listening. Got wrong order and didn't know until I got home. Different crew than what I've had....I will not go back! Owner, don't bother answering me. You give the same reply to everyone. Own up.
