Inattentive is the best word here. It's 8 pm, I'm the only car here. How do you give the wrong sauce and wrong flavored milkshake on a single entree order? It's clearly spelled out on the screen, on the receipt. The order was obviously understood, so why the gap in putting the right things in the bag?

It's a sonic, you know what the food will be like, but the handful of times we've been here it's been disappointingly consistent in never quite getting the order right, no mater how basic the order.

This place is a joke. My entire order was wrong, the food tasted old, and when I tried to get it fixed, the manager — the guy with the dreads i believe his name was Shakir— was unbelievably disrespectful. I’m talking full attitude, eye-rolling, talking over me, and acting like doing his job was some kind of favor.

It’s honestly wild to see a manager be the rudest person at this restaurant . If that’s the energy he brings, no wonder the staff looked lost and the place ran like chaos. He clearly has no interest in customer service, professionalism, or even basic manners

I love me a sonic blast but man is this location pathetic. Always a massive wait time and even if you put in a mobile order so you can skip waiting in line, they still make you go through the drive through and make you wait in line to pick it up...

We ordered our food and got our drinks promptly, told to wait while our food was brought out. 10 minutes later the employee comes to the window asking about our order. Apparently our order had been given to someone else. We waited another 15-20 minutes to recieve the rest of our order. In total, we were there for almost 35-40 minutes for 2 buger meals.

I ordered a #1 double smash burger and within an hour I was not feeling well! Ended up throwing up multiple times! I will not eat here again!

Order wasn't complete we drove back through the driveway (no one was in line) to the window and many workers looked at us and proceeded to ignore us. A car drove up behind us and the workers came outside to get their money and continued to ignore. I had to call inside to get someone to open the drive thru window.

We were met with absolute rudeness and a response of what is the problem. We explained we were missing an item. The response was it is in the bag and then asked if we wanted a refund, not sorry here it is or pull over here and we will get it out to you. Nothing but over the top rudeness as if we are causing a scene. We said fine to the refund and we thought it would be for the one missing item and they demanded the food and the receipt. Came back and told us to come back later because they don't know how to do a refund. We said no we will wait since there is now no proof. It took over 30 minutes after this interaction for a manager to show up and give us the refund( they claimed it would take 7-10 business days. No sorry this happened just so what, don't like it go somewhere else. Needless to say we will not be back. I will miss the drinks and slushies.

This place needs work. My order was wrong, and the chicken strips I purchased were not even cooked all the way. They made me new ones and replaced my order with what I originally wanted and the chicken was still slimy and undercooked! Great milk shakes though !

I had to pick up an UberEat order here and they were not matching the pick up process. I gave a heads up to the customer right away since I had to go inside to get the order. Their drive thru was very slow and inside they seem fully staffed. I would question whether there was a manager on duty since every process seemed broken.

I can't think of anything I like better than one their watermelon slushes and a few of the soft pretzels!!!! My dog loves the popcorn chicken and she's a VERY picky eater lol

Waited 30 minutes and no one took my order. Watched people leave the order booth and go to the drive thru. Which turned into people give up on food. They did not appear to be able to survey an order
