App is worth the deals so I downloaded it and have been using it. At this particular location, many stalls won't work in the app. You have to use a stall that runs alongside the building or it won't work. I had to move and watched another car have to move also.

We had the worst experience at this establishment! The man with the red or pink tips on his hair was extremely RUDE! We had our order messed up and told them nicely that we didn’t order that drink and then proceeded to roll his eyes snatched the drink from my husband. We love coming here and this was the first time we ever had such horrible service, he needs to definitely be talked to about his customer service.

I’m extremely disappointed and honestly disturbed with my recent visit to this sonic. While enjoying what i thought would be a treat for my nephew and I, he bit into something hard only to find a large chunk of plastic imbedded in the ice cream.
This wasn’t a tiny piece either; it was a significant piece that could’ve easily been swallowed or caused a choking hazard.
This could have resulted in serious harm and it raises real concerns about how well this sonics monitors cleanness and quality control.

What happened to the days when they came out on roller skates? Or there pull in drive-thru actually worked, or there ice cream machine worked. Or proper staffing whatsoever to even take an order under 30min. Poorly managed for years. Something needs to change this could be a gold mine if ran right.

Hey, was driving and had a craving, so I stopped by this place. Ordered an Angus sonic burger and wow, whoever cooked the meat did a fantastic job. Had a great meal overall, thanks.
