Bigfoot Java has been one of my favorite coffee houses for many, many years. I have been one of their original customers from when they originally started. Service has always been exceptional. The lady breweristas are always beautiful, funny and nice to talk to. Sometimes the line can be a little long.But it's well worth it.The coffee is great. Sometimes I am buying for multiple people.My staff appreciates it when I come through and get them their favorite drink.

Definitely the worst location in the Puyallup area the girls here are hella rude I’m convinced they pay for their reviews cause every single time I’ve come here just always got snippy attitudes never cheerful I’ll forever drive to the one off river road by fred meyers instead of coming to this one

I’ve always enjoyed coming to this Bigfoot location, and the employees have been absolutely amazing. Kara, Tiffany, and Sophia were especially wonderful, and it’s genuinely sad to see them go. Shay has also been AMAZING and is still there, and I hope she gets the recognition she truly deserves. The staff overall has always been kind, welcoming, and hardworking.
Unfortunately, my experience has changed due to the manager’s behavior. She is rude, condescending, and disrespectful, and her facial expressions and attitude toward customers are unprofessional. Even though this is a small coffee shop, customer service still matters, and the way she interacts with people reflects poorly on the location.
Because of this, I can no longer recommend this Bigfoot location. This decision is solely based on the manager, not the rest of the staff, who deserve recognition for their kindness and professionalism

I just went to this location I regularly come here but whoever is working the afternoon NEEDS to go back to training. My coffee isn’t coffee it’s just milk. My red bull I purchased is just milk. (I specifically asked for light cream). I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but my drinks have consistently tasted like just milk. Highly disappointed don’t go in the afternoon.

Late review as this was the BigFoot Java my boyfriend and I frequented when he lived in Puyallup and when we lived in Puyallup for a year. This location is the better BigFoot Java location in Puyallup as the other one does not know how to make drinks as they frequently mess up or it just tastes awful. They are also always efficient and we never have to wait long to receive our drinks. We have never had a bad drink here and the baristas here are always so kind to us and our fur babies. We come by for the monthly drinks and they are always made to perfection.
The location is a bit unfortunate to get into if it gets too busy but we have never had an issue as we come during their non-peak hours. This is the one to go to in Puyallup if you want Bigfoot Java!

Upon asking for a 2nd cup to split my smoothie with my son, I was told that I could not do that. Company policy she says. I said can I purchase a cup? She said no, I asked if I could purchase a glass of water she said no. Company policy. Very polite, but I won’t be back Because this company purely puts profits over the real customer service .

Drinks were like water and burnt coffee manager was very very rude and rolled her eyes when I asked for mine remade. Which is dumb because I get the same drink every time and it's never this color or taste or consistency and the manager is telling me that's just how it is. I guess when you make bad coffee that's how it is

My kids love this place. Sometimes waking me up in the middle of the night to go here. Because they are 24, 7 I believe. Their drinks and service are amazing. Most of the people working here have my kids drinks memorized. Its not just a coffee stand. They have something for everyone.
