I love these stands. Usually friendly staff and attentive to what your needs are and they remember your drink if you are a return customer! I usually get the big foot mythical mocha with sugar free ? If you get a chance to stop by one that doesn't have a big line then your lucky and should get in line! Enjoy!

Why can’t they just charge me for a cup of ice? How is it I can’t not purchase a cup of ice? Toddler melt down because they couldn’t allow me to purchase a cup of ice. I totally understand not expecting cash. I was paying with card. Mom life with a toddler in the back wanting to get myself treat. And I’m totally fine with paying for a water I get only having bottled water but my son wanted fun ice water to match my ice coffee. I understand paying for it. But for it to not be an option at all is silly. 100% under its not the employees fault but someone needs to add cup of ice to the menu.

Quality has gone way downhill recently. Ordered tea for my son with extra honey and to was extremely watery and tastes of no honey at all. Not the first time we've had this issue. Coffee just isn't as good as it used to be.

Took 12 mins to order a drink, and there were only 2 cars in front of me getting 1 drink each. I ordered an iced coffee, not knowing they must not have iced coffees because the barisra kept correcting me and saying Americano. I repeated myself and said no an iced coffee please. If you don't brew coffee for iced coffee that's fine just say so and not try to correct me. I was a barista for over a decade and there is a difference in the two drinks. The Americano was fine but not what I wanted.
