Today, I order my usual tea. I waited 15 minutes only to find out that they are out of stock. I was not notified of this, waste of my time waiting. Very poor communication and poor customer service. I got my refund back but that’s it!

Nothing special just "meah". Offtimes the heated food could be handled with respect to how the final outcome will be. Sandwhich bread can come out tough. One thing I love is that they do not use those 'Gimme a tip BEFORE you even get the service' cash card readers at this location.
After walking 0.2 miles to the starbaucks we went aloud to go in and order. You have to be a patient at the hospital? I was 20 feet away and couldn't order from them.

today i was at the hospital to visit my grandma and went to the starbucks there to get a snack. after i ordered and got it i couldn’t help but overhear one of the starbucks workers being completely rude to their coworker. if i heard it correctly, the lady with blonde hair and a pony tail was saying how a customer didn’t have to wear their mask coming up to the front counter to grab their drink. the other coworker with short dark hair tried to defend the hospitals covid rules and covid in general and the blonde RUDLY kept disagreeing. i was shocked, however, the lady with short hair handled herself completely PERFECT to such disrespect. i wish i had said something but i just hope the hospital gets to know their workers well and let’s go of anyone who is okay with endangering others health and comfortability … especially at a hospital AND in a area where they are serving food... if i had known a food worker there is okay without masks in the hospital i wouldn’t have gotten the food and drink.
