Drive thru order:
They made my drink wrong.
Complimentary Gave me the wrong drink for free then came back to the window asked for the wrong drink back and used it to make the correct drink?? why do you give me it then take it back dumb policy Starbucks has. Just make sure you don't give the drink and then ask for it back just makes you look bad. Lol

Should be ZERO STARS!!! My wife bought a drink at a Starbucks and about 30 minutes later she needed to use the bathroom and decided to go inside of a Starbucks. However, the manager (female with a nose ring) of the Starbucks would not give her the code to the bathroom unless she bought ANOTHER drink. She still had the drink she had just bought in her hand and tried to explain it to the manager, but the manager refused to give the code. It was INSANE! The manager at this location should be fired immediately! Absolutely ridiculous! 0⭐️s

Sent my husband to Starbucks for me.
He doesn’t go to Starbucks himself so asked if they do military discount as he is active. The barista replied, “No. nobody is special.”
A simple, “no” would’ve been sufficient.

Luckily, my husband kept his cool and simply replied, “well, since nobody is special no need to tip then.”

*the barista was caucasian and taller with light to medium brown hair* if management see this comment

What’s the point of doing a mobile order with the set time of 3-6min when it’s going to take 15min in line for only 2 cars ahead of you and an empty parking lot.
I get it. You’re human making drinks. I too was a barista for 8 years in an actual stand where I didn’t have machines doing all the work for me and actually got things out in a timely manner. This location ain’t it if you want fast friendly service.

Decent Starbucks. Employees are always nice. Parking lot situation is not great. Wouldn’t want to hang around here at night for safety reasons

I asked if they have a list of songs played. Unfortunately, no. Some of them go back to the 70s, tunes grooved into my memory. But the words were hard to understand then on the transistor radios and still are over Starbucks' speakers. As a musician, I'd love to identify them.
