I am a delivery driver that picks up from Starbucks regularly. This is the first time a store has refused to let me use the restroom. How pathetic.

This location often gets my order wrong, or gives drinks that don't taste right. I just got a peppermint mocha that has not a hint of peppermint and has a chalky taste. AND the ham and cheese croissant was not fully cooked. $15 for inedible product. Avoid this location!

I was recently in this location. My food was cold, my drink was wrong and the manager camil I think her name was… was so rude and condescending! She was rude to her staff. We didn’t ask for anything to be remade just asked for the food to be reheated. The way she acted about it was unacceptable for anyone especially a manager. Please go a few more blocks to another location then coming here. Should never support a business that treats their employees the way she did, or their customers. There’s plenty of other Starbucks or coffee shops up and down this same street! Do better camil

Made a quick stop to get some Chai latte and a sandwich. The staff was friendly but there was a slight discrepancy in the order. The sandwich and the banana bread was warmed and served. The rest of the baked goods and parfaits felt stale. The area and restrooms were clean but some tables weren’t wiped well. Overall had a good experience.

Pay 6.75 $ for a cup of ice. Starbucks has a new way of cheating its customers, which, given the amount of corporate greed inherent in this company's history, should really come as no surprise. Their "drink" was literally a cup of ice, filled to the brim with small marble-sized cubes so compact that they didn't even move when I shook the cup. The coffee filled the leftover spaces around the cubes and was gone in four sips.

It's one of my favorite starbucks! They are all very nice peeps that seem like they love their job! The only problem is parking very tight spot to park to go inside. Also, barely ever go through drive thru because it is always busy!

This isn't our normal local Starbucks so it was great to be reminded that the Starbucks associate culture is strong most everywhere. Drinks were mixed just as we expected and the service was friendly and professional. If you're a fan, you're a fan. If not, come over to the Bucks side :-)

I had the worst SB experience here. I ordered coffee in my personal cup and some food. I got my food pretty fast. The place was very busy with employees running around but not many customers. I waited over 15 minutes for my coffee while eating my food. Finally I had to go because of and appointment. I saw my cup sitting by the coffee maker no sticker on it. I asked if I could get my cup as I needed to go. A guy handed it to me and said “here you go have a nice day”. So I paid $5 for a cup of air! WOW I was spinning, and just walked away. ?

Went there and Employee yelled at me. The only thing I was asking is what cups they had because normally they have them outside the window.. Thousands of dollars at Starbucks and not asking for special treatment, but asking for respect. Called and talked to the manager didn’t seem to get anything accomplished. Will call and talk to Jen later.
