I had a coffee made wrong called they told me that they were going to write my name in a book and i went back two days later the manager argued with me and refused that I had the situation happen like I'm lying for a free coffee. I've drank Starbucks for over a decade never again will I spend a dime here. Then she wants to ask me about what my son is doing in my car who are you the police?

Grace provided an exceptional level of customer service. Despite being a drive thru transaction she showed genuine care & positivity that truly brightened up my morning. I have had nothing but positive experiences from this location & other baristas that work there. And my drinks are always perfect ! Thank You Grace & Team ! ❤️

Worst experience at a Starbucks in my life and I've been a customer for over 10 years. Some of the leaders here could use better training with treating customers appropriately at times. Apparently there is a starbucks policy at this store specifically that will kick out customers for having a friendly harmless conversation.

Came in this morning ordered a sandwich and a drink, nothing wrong with those! Unfortunately the lady at the window this Morning around 8:30 decided to question me being a partner after giving her my numbers and my id proceeded to interrogate me about not linking it with my app and the fact I had nails on (im on vacation)! I would happily love to give my store # and have you confirm! Personally I would never question and go along with the id as store policy. Unfortunately my out of state starbucks experience was not well due to this worker.
