Drinks are always good, food is fresh and hot, but for the 3rd time this month they no longer give the basics...sleeves, napkins and utensils with hot food. It's ridiculous to have to ask for these. They are basic item. Prices have gone up over $2 for the same items in 2 years. No straws. Napkins are thinner and cheaper and if you ask for one, you get ONE. I'm just about done with Starbucks.

Almost every time I visit this location the weight to receive your drink or food is ridiculously long. This past visit two people in front of me each order to drink I ordered one drink. As I was watching the drive-thru while waiting for my drink I counted eight cars that have been served. The people ahead of me and myself still had not received our drink. And we were the only people inside waiting! I finally received my drink but it took 20 freaking minutes.

All Starbucks seem under staffed these days. Overall a friendly staff. Like most dessert coffee places a bit expensive. My daughters like it there, I prefer basic coffee or tea made at home - a great deal cheaper even using organic coffee.

This is the worst Starbucks that I've ever been in. How Can a coffee shop not have a restrooms for their paying customers. I definitely wouldn't go back. The server was very rude as well.

Love the energy of the team here. They’re very friendly and I always come here when my car is getting serviced. The only bummer is that the music is always sooooo loud compared to other Starbucks I go to that doing the work I need to do and calling my clients is not an option.

All door signs said it was open until 7:00pm (and online). I was working (and drinking coffee) and was told at 4:50 they were closing the lobby in 10 minutes. I was in the middle of a zoom call that was scheduled until 6, so I had to go sit in my freezing car to finish the call- infuriating! If you're planning to go here for work, don't. I work digitally, so I work from coffee shops all the time- this location is not reliable for hours of operation- which leaves potential for those of us who work online to lose income. Unacceptable!
