Watching your employees yell accross the store to argue with a customer over foam instead of walking over to the guest and discussed the situation. Very unprofessional. On top of that the cashier taking our order, was very unhappy to be at work, and is consistently taking it out on the guest. I was getting my hair done at the Ulta, my hair dresser and I walked over to get coffee and she told me ahead of time, I'm sorry for the way your about to be treated, this gal working is not very nice at all to the guest. And I could not believe the way she did treat us- I will never be buying coffee from Starbucks inside of the Puyallup Target. When my hair dresser warns me, and then to witness it first hand, I was shocked and I was baffled that Starbucks allows their employees to be constantly allowed to be this way to the guest. Unacceptable.
