We went through the drive through today at 11:06 11/17/24 . The lady from the time we ordered to when we got to the window was very snarky and rude . When we got to the window her whole demeanor was off. We did two separate orders with a 1 drink each and when we told her we had two orders she came back with “ Well how am I suppose to know that” as rude as possible. Our drinks were also off with no cold foam on top. I get having a bad day but I’ve never had a bad experience like that there until now .

My coffee was very watered down on my last visit to the point that I debated that there was even coffee in it.

Went through the drive up and ordered a Venti White Chocolate Mocha. This is definitely not Venti. Disappointed!
Rude barista working the counter inside. Her attitude was rude from the get go. When I ordered an almond milk latte she said they were out of almond milk so I when with half n half. I'm on keto so those are my go two options. She loudly told the other barista (while I was standing there waiting) "this girl just ordered breve when I told her we were out of almond milk!) Like I was some kind of idiot. The girl didn't hear her so she repeated it again loudly. Maybe train your staff not to talk rudely about customers, especially within earshot ?
Do not expect to be out of this place in 10 min or less. Every time I’m here for a drink in person or in the drive through it’s a 20 min wait.There are flies all over the inside waiting area. If you order a delivery it’s likely to come faster to you than sitting inside. Then I wait for 20 min and they make my drink wrong, this Starbucks sucks.
