My rating is purely factual to let others know all Starbucks are not equal.
You cannot scan for stars here unless you are paying with the app.
You cannot add your own cream or sugar like other locations
Their brewed coffee is $1 higher than other locations close by
And brewed coffee is not brewed. It's done as a pour over.

do not go to this starbucks!!! the manager is a raging racist and kicked a group of KIDS out into a STORM just because they’re hispanic. she got in my teens friends face and even got PHYSICAL with them! completely inexcusable and disgusting! i will NEVER be coming back!!!

I went to the drive thru to just order 6 pumps of pumpkin sauce in a tall cup. I ordered it before at another Starbucks store and they kindly charged me and gave it to me. However this one was telling me they couldn’t do it and that I had to get a shot with it. Greedy much. Pretty much forcing you to order something else and not want you want.

I went to pick up my order through the drive thru and asked a simple question and the girl that was at the window was extremely rude and not polite at all. She spoke to us very rudely. And was even surprised when we answered her the same way. When she spoke to us extremely rudely. She spoke to us as if we were stupid. This was at 5:40 Tuesday Sep 17th.

I ordered cappuccino and latte with cheese danish and spinach feta sandwich. The coffee was great and the lady worker Mekala was awesome. She helped me with my food and drink.

My 4 year old son was almost denied bathroom access because my wife hadn't purchased anything yet. My wife told them she doesn't want to have to bring food or drink into the bathroom and that was enough to let my son use it. Other than that, oh and they are always in a hurry when we've used the drive through, but other than that, at least they don't mess up my drink.

There was a worker with long blonde wavy hair who quickly gave me my three drinks, sighed and closed the window. No hello, no goodbye no nada. It was closing hour not sure if they were tired or wanting to go home already but their behavior was very rude.

I get it in the state of Washington. They lock their doors because of homeless people but I'm a 62-year-old woman with a bad bladder. Needed a restroom and they denied me because I didn't want to purchase anything. That's just the mentality of their customer service and why I will never buy from them but wait. I went down the road to McDonald's and they had no locks on their doors and we eat there about three times a week. So very grateful for McDonald's 😎❣️

I drive for a job and just asked to use the bathroom and was told I have to buy pop or something. This is so stupid and will not support a business that wants 2 dollars plus just to use there bathroom.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I walked in to get a mobile order and yet nobody greeted me or asked if I had an mobile order even though I was standing right in front of them and the employees were quite literally looking at me every few seconds when I was directly next to the mobile order area. I was standing there for around 5-10 minutes with no service at all
