Rude barista working the counter inside. Her attitude was rude from the get go. When I ordered an almond milk latte she said they were out of almond milk so I when with half n half. I'm on keto so those are my go two options. She loudly told the other barista (while I was standing there waiting) "this girl just ordered breve when I told her we were out of almond milk!) Like I was some kind of idiot. The girl didn't hear her so she repeated it again loudly. Maybe train your staff not to talk rudely about customers, especially within earshot ?

Do not expect to be out of this place in 10 min or less. Every time I’m here for a drink in person or in the drive through it’s a 20 min wait.There are flies all over the inside waiting area. If you order a delivery it’s likely to come faster to you than sitting inside. Then I wait for 20 min and they make my drink wrong, this Starbucks sucks.

The worst customer service for any Starbucks. They are always slow and always take forever to even acknowledge the customer. Even if you have a pick up order it will take a while for them to acknowledge you.

I’m giving a Starbucks one star due to poor services. I went there today at 9:25 AM and got two caramel frappe’s with extra caramel drizzle. Usually they put the caramel drizzle on the side of the cups, but there was literally nothing at all so when I got to the window, I asked them to remake one of them, which was my. Husbands drink cause he really likes the extra caramel drizzle. And I was really nice to them about it so when I handed her the cup and I forgot who was running the window at the drive-through, handing out the cups, but I know her name started with an M and she had short hair and glasses, she handed the drive through girl the cup and the drive-through girl rolled her eyes right in front of us and so I asked the other girl what her name was, and she refused to give me her name, which was so weird to me . I asked her so many times, and she just completely refused, which made me even more upset. I let her know that I go to the Starbucks every day and I’ve never had a problem with anybody until running into those two workers ! So I told her all right I’ll just come in. So I had to drive around and go inside and get her name. She said her name was Becca. But I’m hoping she wasn’t lying about what her name was because she was scared. I was going to report her. This was all because I asked for caramel drizzle and didn’t get it so I asked them to remake the drink.and they got all mad over it . I don’t like the feeling of being disrespected and all I know is I’m never coming back to this Starbucks because I really don’t want to run into those two workers . I was having a good morning until going there . I’m blown away that she refused to give me Becca’s name as well . I don’t like them . And I don’t like that you guys have someone who works there that gets mad every time somebody has to redo a drink , and Becca wasn’t even the one making the drinks ??

This store is routinely randomly closed during normal business hours. Usually with nothing more than a handwritten piece of paper on the door.Unprofessional and frustrating. Waste of my time to drive to this location in the middle of the day on a weekday only to find it closed.If you can’t find enough staff to keep the place open, it’s time to close permanently.

Came in at 8am to get two plain dark roast coffees. They said they would have to do pour overs because they don't brew dark till 8:30. I said that was fine. Sat down to wait. 5 minutes later another barista came out to try to convince us to order blonde or pike telling us it would be a 10 min. When we said we would wait they brewed the coffee. So much work to not work.

OMFG!!! Alex is the worst, the manager of the day, and apparently doesn’t know how to train this store’s employees how to actively listen. We ordered a “warm” milk for our three year old and on the receipt of the milk it burned me to a point I had a blister on my wrist. We called the store and spoke to the manager on-call (Alex) and told her “…how dare you give us an order that resulted into a burn after telling your window clerk three times we want only warm milk!” The manager wants to proceed with correcting the situation by having us go back to the store, wait longer, only to what…get more of a wrong order? Then she proceeds to hang up without addressing the issue saying she is not going to continue the call. So…this is what my shares in stock with Starbucks gives me-shitty service? In that case, maybe we all should cash out and invest in another coffee service. Honestly Starbucks is becoming ghetto for coffee.
