My kids went to get some water and they were denied because they didn't have their own cups, but were told they could buy a cup. How are other customer's able to get their drinks? Do they have to pay a $0.28 charge for the cup as well on top of the carge for their drink? Cause my kids had to...They're kids. Just give them a cup. Probably a multi-billion dollar company and they can't give cups away with free water.

This is the best Starbucks location in Puyallup. The staff is always friendly and the drinks always taste the way they should. We drive out quite a distance to use this Starbucks and we enjoy it every time!! (The best Starbucks in the area.)

I have had a lot of different Starbucks as my home base throughout my 25 years of drinking coffee, this one takes the cake!! Everyone always greets me and says bye with a positive attitude. The manager is always around and working as hard as the entire team. But besides the most delicious coffee, the customer service is absolutely superior to any other store.
