They are understaffed and have a all new workers without a manger in site or to help 2 people during rush hour is just unreal and to have all new hires there makes it worse an hr for online order that hasn't been started yet is just a shame. I don't blame the new employees I blame the manger for poor scheduling and not being there.dont use the online here it's never ready, you'll just watch them make it after you get put to back of the line in the store when you finally arrive.

Waited over 10 minutes for my pick up order while one girl chatted with her friend at the counter before starting the order. Immature kids working who did not care about providing any kind of customer service and exhibited zero professionalism.

Just wow! This happened 5 minutes ago and I just had to come and leave review. I walked in and there were girls finishing with their order. Nobody in line I was asked how many sandwiches and I said 3. The Chinese lady yelled for another lady even though there were 2 other workers right there. The African American girl comes out saying what? She said help the lady 3 sandwiches and she said "no, I ain't doing that,you do that" and walked back in the back. The Chinese girl stated I just made 3 it's your turn it's your job. Nobody helps.. a couple minutes later the girl comes back and fills the spinach and the Chinese girl said are you going to help her? She responded yes but didn't. The young man walked over and started to help me. Then the girl came over and started to help and I said they are easy sandwiches and she said yeah ok.. absolutely horrible customer service. I should have left right there at beginning but usually a good experience here. Why work here if you don't want to do your job? Hopefully manager does something about that because that right there will be business lost. Hire better. Please review your camera and you will see exactly what I just described!

Way too much sauce on sandwiches. Although I was trying to be careful I ended up with a large drip on my shirt. I had to use quite a few napkins to blot up the excess sauce.

I wish I would have asked for the staff names! 2 ladies & one guy working tonight. They were great super nice & all the food was super fresh & nice and clean in there. My favorite subway around, that’s for sure.

Went in this evening to pick up an order, while they were slammed, a worker had a medical emergency leaving one guy to do everything, waited about 40 minutes. However, the other worker kept such a positive attitude and professionalism throughout everything. I just wanted to commend him (:

Priorities were all wrong. My wife and I placed a mobile order, and I waited in the car to give them time to make it. Three other customers went in, so I went inside to see if my order was ready for pickup before they got super busy. After the first guy ordered three sandwiches so they made that, then checked out. They asked what I was in for, and I told them I had a mobile order.Apparently, it wasn't ready, and I saw that my sandwiches hadn't even been started. They served the other two customers instead and finished their orders, and then a new mobile order receipt printed from their pos. They managed to finish the newer mobile order, and the customer even came in to pick it up while my receipt order is still on the counter. A second worker had to ask why I was there. By this time, I had been waiting inside for 30 minutes. One other guy came in, was told his wasnt ready (receipt on counter with mine) left and came back 2 mins later to cancel his mobile order and stormed off, saying he couldn't sit and wait when he had ordered for pickup over 20 minutes ago.I'm usually a patient person because I understand when they're busy, and I'm fine waiting, but the priorities were in the wrong order here. It was upsetting that I spent 40 minutes at Subway for just two sandwiches when six others were made before mine that came after me.

This place needs shut down until they can sort out their roof and hvac system.There’s grease, mold, dust, and water all over. There’s a door locked shut because greasy water is dripping down the wall. Instead of putting a bucket on the floor they’re letting it puddle up wherever with a wet floor sign.

I adore this Subway, but my early Sunday morning fishing expedition was greatly disappointed. Not open around-the-clock; if you won't be, kindly post a notice and change your long-term hours.
