The girl that made my sandwich was very kind and friendly. There was a girl making a sandwich next to her. That was just rude and picked my sandwich. Apart from the time I got there, she told me I couldn't do this. I couldn't do that all I wanted was a Turkey sandwich. That had that sandwich of the day, which was Turkey, ham and bacon, I do not eat pork so ask them if they could take the ham and the bacon off of it, she said, no, you cannot take anything off of the sandwich, it has to be like it is, I said, well can I get it on the side. Which I've seen other people do, but for some reason, it was not possible with this particular girl. She was rude, she wasn't even Communicating, she just was rude and dismissive. And for as much as you pay for a Subway sandwich. Now.You should at least get good service. I can see putting stuff on the sandwich. Or trying to add something that wasn't on there but I wanted to take things off of it like I wanted to omit the meat. Anyway, the girl that was rude's name is Caitlin The store number is 44396. It's in Frederickson by the Safeway. Just really rude, young lady. If she could explain to me it wouldn't Have been a problem at all But she was just rude and dismissive. And just really mean , but yet the person behind me ordered the same sandwich and they let her have her bacon on the side , but I couldn't have mine on the side and that made it even worse.

The kids running this store are extremely rude and offer no interest in customer service. I was simply asking for some extra cheese, almost begging them to take my money, and they simply would not accommodate my request or even try to.

I walked in late since it’s 24 hours but when I arrived and after waiting for about 20 min the guy skipped my order twice to help his friends. Not sure his name but I just left. Have come here before with no problems but tonight was exhausting because you want to say something but then it’s like let’s just go and try to find some other food. Was on Thursday July 10th around 1am

Ordered online. Both sandwiches had old nasty hard bread. When i called I was told I would get a refund. 10 minutes later the store called back and said, well now we need you to bring the sandwiches in.
When I asked to speak with the manger she was rude and dismissive.
We will see if I actually get my refund!

I get very limited things on my sandwich, literally 1 meat, cheese and light sauce, EVERY TIME I get my sandwich, I see NO cheese. I pay for EXTRA cheese. This is so extremely frustrating and needs to be fixed.

Amazing Subway order food online payment to pick it up order did not go through to the restaurant but it did take and charge my card she was nice enough to give me the meal on them until they can figure it out with owner later top grade she was amazing I can't remember her name but she works nights

They are understaffed and have a all new workers without a manger in site or to help 2 people during rush hour is just unreal and to have all new hires there makes it worse an hr for online order that hasn't been started yet is just a shame. I don't blame the new employees I blame the manger for poor scheduling and not being there.dont use the online here it's never ready, you'll just watch them make it after you get put to back of the line in the store when you finally arrive.

Waited over 10 minutes for my pick up order while one girl chatted with her friend at the counter before starting the order. Immature kids working who did not care about providing any kind of customer service and exhibited zero professionalism.

Just wow! This happened 5 minutes ago and I just had to come and leave review. I walked in and there were girls finishing with their order. Nobody in line I was asked how many sandwiches and I said 3. The Chinese lady yelled for another lady even though there were 2 other workers right there. The African American girl comes out saying what? She said help the lady 3 sandwiches and she said "no, I ain't doing that,you do that" and walked back in the back. The Chinese girl stated I just made 3 it's your turn it's your job. Nobody helps.. a couple minutes later the girl comes back and fills the spinach and the Chinese girl said are you going to help her? She responded yes but didn't. The young man walked over and started to help me. Then the girl came over and started to help and I said they are easy sandwiches and she said yeah ok.. absolutely horrible customer service. I should have left right there at beginning but usually a good experience here. Why work here if you don't want to do your job? Hopefully manager does something about that because that right there will be business lost. Hire better. Please review your camera and you will see exactly what I just described!
