I usually don't mind subway but when I ask for extra ingredients and I only get a few (like 3 onions when I ask for extra(on the app) of those ingredients I am kinda annoyed and will only be going to the other downtown puyallup location from now on.
Typically, the bread is fresh. In my previous experience working at Subway, I understand they sometimes retain bread from the prior day. However, this bread was exceptionally dry, burnt, and stale. Employees should recognize the rising cost of food and strive to provide the highest quality for their customers. This was a waste of money, especially the time wasted. What a let down.
Please tell your employees to read the notes section for online orders. It’s printed on the top of the receipt. I ask every time for a certain meat not be put on my sandwich (it comes on the bmt, no way to order without it) and it’s always put on. It costs the owners more money and I just throw it away.. please please just read the notes.
Is it Subway’s policy to be cheap and not put more meat into sandwiches or something? Because why am i getting one thin piece of roast beef for the whole sandwich? Biting into it was just bread. Just terrible.
This Subway is engaging in the dubious practice of not allowing its customers to use a restroom. They have a working restroom but they have started telling everyone it is out of order. It is not.

Went in to get a sandwich. The lady was on the phone the entire time and not paying attention but trying to multitask. She asked if I wanted it toasted and I said no, and she just put it in the toaster oven and pressed the button. She took it out pretty quickly. The entire thing was her talking to someone else on a personal call and talking to me and rushing me. I literally asked her if I should come back. Then as I’m paying, she asked if I was OK and I said I’ve never been to a subway in my life where I wasn’t allowed to say what I wanted on my sandwich. She just walked off. The lids at the drink station were covered in sticky soda. I will never go back.
Everything was stale. The cookies were hard as a rock, so I guess by baked daily they mean a week ago. The bread was literally crunchy. Absolutely ridiculous.

A nice lady there by the name of Kulwinder, gave my grandma and her sister a discount for 3 combo meals that totaled to $28. this was huge for grandma because she paid $65 at a different subways location (just her and my cousin) she doesn’t speak well english so she couldn’t ask if it was the right price or not. 5 Star service, Thanks Kulwinder!!

Went with my Daughter to get their 6.99 special tonight.
He asked if I wanted my bread toasted…yes please, never toasted it and I asked for the same deal and my daughter had and he charged me 13.84 with tax. I tried to tell him that’s not right and he walked off.
That place is a joke and I definitely won’t be going back.

Came in to get something to eat after a long day at work, employee comes out with no apron, no gloves, and obviously under the influence. I ask for Flatbread, he says the flatbread is small, doesn't seem to know the difference between 6 inch and foot long bread. Eventually found the foot long flatbread, got the sandwich made, and employee cuts the sandwich diagonally, not even going through the bread completely, with a DIRTY KNIFE. My day is significantly worse after spending $20 on this. Next time I'm going to Five Guys.

Tried to charge me $19.50 for a turkey sandwich. I said something about it, he gave me a dirty look, and changed it to $17.50. I asked him why the price changed and he shrugged and said he didn't know. The same exact sandwich at a different Subway costs $12.30. They are purposely overcharging and scamming people.
I ordered through the app, says it will be ready at 10:50 i get there at 11:04 and it was not where I thought it should be. The person asked if I was here to pick up. I responded yes
He asks my name I tell him. I had to repeat my name 5 times before he shows me a recipt and asks if it is me. And he had not bagged it. He then takes a phone call while I am standing there waiting for my food. He finally puts it in the bag I get back to my place of work to find there was not utensils in the bag. I did not start eating my food till 11:15 leaving my 15 mins to eat. This is unacceptable I order online so that I can grab and go. Not so I can try and say my very easy name to someone who does not understand English. Will not be returning.

Ive always considered reviews a complete waste of time. Hate them, hate surveys especially since everything wants a survey. However, my experience here at this location today was worse than ive ever had. Ive been a regular here at this subway for 4.5 years. But despite asking this guy for a 6 inch 2 times, would not make it a 6 inch so stuck with a footlong. Refused to toast the flatbread sandwhich (first time ive heard" its not supposed to be") the eggs were "toasted" but they were cold to the first bite. Would not give me double cheese (always have paid for it to be on the sandwhich) and was super conservative with the veggies. Ever since new ownership bought the place its been progressively getting worse. Almost ready to stop at a different subway on the way to work when i want a breakfast sandwich
