Stopped in to get a bite. There is a drive Thru but I prefer to see them make my sandwich so I parked around 8pm and the doors were locked. Needless to say I didn't eat there this time.

Service was slow. Asked for veggies to be put on half of the 3rd sub an was ignored. No jalapenos and they had to be pulled out. Normally we have good services. Just not with a younger person late at night.

I was told they Closed early on a Friday night to clean and sanitize because their employees had Covid . I've never seen more than one employee in this location at one time and maybe they should not tell people your infested with the Covid .

It's totally fine if you want to be a cheapskate of a franchise location and NOT take coupons. But at least put up a sign and don't give me an attitude when I mention putting up a sign letting people know your subway isn't participating.Minus the 3 sub for 17$ deal the subway by the daffodil bowling alley DOES TAKE COUPONS. feel free to take your business there.
Sometimes you stop for a sandwich on a bad day and the universe sends you a sign things will get better. Diana is a hidden gem and deserves a promotion immediately, a truly wonderful person. Excellent customer service and personality.

Worst experience ive ever had at a subway.We did the online order and picked it up and both our orders were wrong called in to have them done right and switched out and the employee was rude saying he couldn't have gotten it wrong and to just bring them back so i came back got attitude got the new order and got home and the order was still wrong idk if he just scraped the stuff off or what but we are just going to ask for a refund.
